What good would it do to talk to someone
who trys to explain animation with a molecule?

It is lunacy.

Unless you want to try'n explain your belief
that life doesn't have to come from life? Of
course extraordinary claims require
extraordinary evidence.
But if you can't do that it's okay.
You can still go on believe'n what you want.
But you can't say no one can explain it to you.
Because it didn't matter when they tried.

Ideas born in minds do not spontaneously manifest. Ideas manifested in nature come together to spontaneously cause new ideas to manifest in nature.

That's what all the evidence I've ever seen and experienced says.

There's nothing to suggest a mind could think of an idea and it just comes into being.

Really? Since when? Our cultural/social/spiritual/consciousness evolution is full of god. There was a time when the wind in the trees was god, moon and the sun and the stars were god... There was quite the evolution going on up to you and your modern understanding of science.

And just think where we could be as a human race if we would have taken full self responsibility and self accountability for our actions from the start?

I bet we would be well beyond the realm of war and senseless killing.

I believe in a supreme being.

Why?

Because it provides answers to questions that
make perfect sense in comparison to the
alternative. Where there are no answers. To not
believe that life can only come from life is
delusional.

Baby steps for you? We do'n okay so far?

There are no answers for YOU outside of god. Got it. But to say there are no answers for the rest of humanity? Please. The answers out side of god blow those man made theories out of the water. One side leads to a self made and impressive internal prison. The other side is free will, self accountability, self determination and FREEDOM.

Sometimes FREEDOM is the scariest option of all. I don't understand why, but seeing the look in a person's eyes when they realize they are fully responsible for their actions can tell you a lot about their soul.

Well, I always heard it was a 'manger' but the story is pretty old and fictional with the virgin-birthing and all.

Interesting interjection

I will never understand Randy's experience with whatever it was made him believe in a god, but I imagine he can understand that while I have so far never experienced such a thing in my life I remain a non-believer.
I'm cool with Randy and his faith, we just differ when it is presented as fact.
I keep an open mind, I just don't start blindly believing unknown people's testimonies.

...crap god though, I'd be an A list star on TV and social media if I was a god, I'd reel them in with miracles like back in the day, billions of followers my name trending like a bad boy.
Strange how miracles kinda stopped a couple of thousand years ago...did god die or something?

Great answer!

I'm not sure it's a case of blindly believing unknown people's testimonies though. It's personal experiences. Personal. Subjective.
You know what I mean?

Silent God?
God using social media? Lol
Interesting, got me thinking...

Gotta be following to hear the Tweets.
All i hear is people saying they have the answers and then when i ask what those answers are, they give me their beliefs, or they get mad and run away.

But Woodcarver! You don't want those answers anyway do you!!
You are not interested!
So why exactly are you asking!

Be honest with yourself.
That is what everyone keeps telling me. Usually right after i ask them?

Well it's obviously a "cast not pearls before swine" thing.

No according to God.
The only reason I know anything about God
is because of God. Anything according to me
doesn't mean shlt.

Hey, you didn't have a point first.

I was tempted to tell you how I bought Havarti on sale in response. That's how nonexistent of a point you made with the "Jesus was born in a manger" stuff.

There you have it, OP. This one thinks he speaks for "God," and he isn't even an atheist.

I agree. Once you turn over your existence and free will to some 'entity', your self answers are done. Then you start following the path of others without the allowance of critical, original or unique thought.

I find at least 10 new answers every day and revise about 5% of my previously held beliefs.

I take this reality with both hands, trying to ingest & digest as much as I can.

Oh that's how you deal with a reply?
How can I be speaking for someone
you say doesn't exist? Try'n to tell me
I don't have point when you don't even
have platform.

Show me the proof that life can come from
outside of life. Explain existence from your
hokey world view please I'm waiting.

I don't think it's quite like that.
You make it sound like something out of 50 Shades of Grey...

Lmao I don't care if you agree or not. You
have freewill to ignore even the one who
gave you life. Implying that I don't have free
will indicates a fence around your whacky
thinking. Any more unintelligent life lessons
for me?

You believe in 'God' though. So you are speaking for the 'God' you claim to believe in.

Life comes from nature which is full of life. I never said it didn't.

At the core of Everything and Nothing are the ideas of Everything and Nothing. You cannot escape that. Every idea is attached to other ideas.

Nature gives life via the combination of ideas found in nature. Nowhere has any idea born solely in a MIND ever spontaneously manifested in nature.

There are no real "magicians" behind your "magic show." Magicians can only simulate magic. Derp. Your analogy was really, really crappy.

I don't believe in allah and I damn sure don't
have any questions when I don't care about
the answers. And forming opinions couldn't
ever even interest me.

No I'm not speaking for anybody just because
you imply that I am. So drop your squirrelly little
narcississtic judgement or argue with yourself
about it.

Nope no interest at all. None zero zip zilch.
Not even you could find a belief in nothing
interesting. To be interested in anything it
actually has to be interesting. Come to think
of it you aren' t even interesting.
