He just resigned....definitely more to this story...

There is so much of this, why is one more high-ranking pervert such a big news story?

Well...if Trump has known about it since 2013 you can bet he knows a LOT more now. That was a VERY quick hit and resignation. This guy is talking.

What Federal Agency can call a national emergency/epidemic on Sex Abuse of Adults and Children? The number resignations and arrests over the past 10 months are staggering.

I remember that now. Just before Christmas 2017, President Trump declared a NATIONAL EMERGENCY due to such wide ranging sexual abuse of women and children. It wasn't just a proclamation...but ordering ACTION of some kind.

Melania Trump launched an initiative today for helping children and teens be more self-responsible.

ATS thread, "President Trump just declared a national emergency."

Which ties back to Vasa's thread, "Mueller working directly FOR Trump....EO13223 Ammendment...

In which it was learned that recalled service members could be increased in both number and length of time recalled. I don't necessarily think that it supports the idea that Mueller is secretly working for Trump though that was the original premise of the thread.

Here is where I break down the EO Vasa mentions in his OP:

Here is the existing EO, section 1:

Section 1. To provide additional authority to the Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation to respond to the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States, the authority under title 10, United States Code, to order any unit, and any member of the Ready Reserve not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit, in the Ready Reserve to active duty for not more than 24 consecutive months, is invoked and made available, according to its terms, to the Secretary concerned, subject in the case of the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, to the direction of the Secretary of Defense. The term "Secretary concerned" is defined in section 101(a)(9) of title 10, United States Code, to mean the Secretary of the Army with respect to the Army; the Secretary of the Navy with respect to the Navy, the Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard when it is operating as a service in the Navy; the Secretary of the Air Force with respect to the Air Force; and the Secretary of Transportation with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy.

And now, let's look at the amendment and what is added to the existing excutive order:

Section 1. Amendment to Executive Order 13223. Section 1 of Executive Order 13223 is amended by adding at the end: "The authorities available for use during a national emergency under sections 688 and 690 of title 10, United States Code, are also invoked and made available, according to their terms, to the Secretary concerned, subject in the case of the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, to the direction of the Secretary of Defense."

The change does not affect the existing order except to add the above to the current order, leaving everything else in place.

The applicable authority granted falls under 10 U.S. Code § 688 - Retired members: authority to order to active duty; duties and 10 U.S. Code § 690 - Retired members ordered to active duty: limitation on number

I think the important parts are these:

(f)Waiver for Periods of War or National Emergency.—
Subsections (d) and (e) do not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President.

And

(c)Waiver for Periods of War or National Emergency.—
Subsection (a) does not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President after November 30, 1980. Subsection (b) does not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President.

Respectively, this essentially is saying that during a period of War or National Emergency, the time limit that reactivated members are usually subjected to can be overridden. Otherwise, without this, there is a limit on the amount of time a member can be reactivated.

In August 2017, Special Counsel Mueller formed an alliance with NY AG Eric Schneiderman. This article says that the two were going to "Get Trump" by forcing Manafort to turn on the President.

Exhibit A: www.vanityfair.com...

Exhibit B: twitter.com...

There's more to Schneiderman's resignation today, than meets the eye. It wasn't just the 4 female sex-abuse accusers, IMO.

Reminder that Schneiderman gave a speech at the 2018 Women's March and was hailed by liberal talk show hosts as being the man to take down Trump.

Do these people understand how stupid they look to the average American?

When it is clear to the common person that these Hollywood/MSM types knew the truth about folks like Schneiderman, they will be angry about it.

There was another one as well that specifically targeted human trafficking and the assets of those involved.

There will be a go-fund-me for this guy and people will donate.

Never underestimate the utter stupidity of the ideologically driven.

I would guess this is not what they are referencing, because I dont see how the FBI gave details of this story, or how it will implicate Mueller Obama or hillary.

I guess more could come out, but I am skeptical.

But good memory and you definitely made me think about it!

My money is that there is far more to the story considering that this POS has been covering for the Clinton Foundation/Initiative and attempted to do the bidding of his masters and investigate Trump instead...

Future proves past... 2018 shall be glorious!!!!

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman gave the Clinton Foundation a pass despite months of reports about special treatment for donors — but pounced when Donald Trump’s foundation made headlines.

The AG jumped in after it was disclosed that Trump’s charity made a $25,000 political donation to And Justice for All, a group backing Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi while she was considering whether to investigate Trump

University in 2013. Schneiderman, a staunch Hillary Clinton supporter, denied on Wednesday that his probe was politically motivated — even though his office did not probe the Clinton Foundation when it failed to list foreign donations, as required by state law.

Pure Corruption of the highest standard!!!

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman believes in “one set of rules for everyone, no matter how rich or powerful,” his Web site says. It needs a footnote: *Except when it comes to Hillary Clinton.

Scripps News this week reported that the AG “has the power to force the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Health Access Initiative to publicly disclose” gifts from individual foreign governments — but Schneiderman isn’t using that power.

This guy has been a champion against sexual harassment and has been "recognized" for his efforts.

Oh Xuen... you just don't get it... It's not about his own deviant and violent behavior... and it's certainly not about protecting women from these violent predators... at least not all of them... no no no!

It's all about what he can do for the party!!! That means going after only the appropriate predators:

Wow.
He fancied himself a slavemaster of Brown people.
Not exactly politically correct, eh?

And he’s a Dem to boot. You know, the libs who pretend to be the protectors of the minorities who are constantly under
attack from those means Repubs.

this is one lone nut job. It doesn't mean all dems are closet BDSM freaks, just that this one happened to be.
Freaks are all over, even on the right. This isn't a partisan thing.

He is a powerful Democrat.
Democrat politicians are fond of making blanket statements calling Republicans racists and Nazis.

Just look at that. He made his brown slaves call him master.
