What they said was she did in fact do it, but because they thought she did not really mean it they would not prosecute. The investigation conclusion was in fact she did it though, that the wrongdoing did occur.

Wow.

Move on.

Sad, desperate, OBSSESED.

Investigation over, no charges.

The razor was sharp and he cut you with this one. He is spot on 100%. No way you can say move on when they said she actually did the crimes that others have been incarcerated for doing.

Comey never said that.

Read his words carefully.

Try it without your propaganda programming.

Just words and their meanings, no fox spin.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.

All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice.

We do not see those things here.

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences.

To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions.

SIMILAIR, as in not the same.
OFTEN, as in not always.
SECURITY OR ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS, as in NOT Criminal Prosecution, but slaps on the wrist.

REALITY

There's no way to prosecute whoever hacked the server now that the server can't be used for prosecution. Shouldn't that make Hillary supporters mad?

Nothing personal, but this is a great example of the BRAIN ROT the right wing suffers after years of propaganda.

Listen Carefully. It might blow your mind.

There was no evidence found what-so-ever that HRCs Server was ever hacked.

Reality.

That is awfully presumptuous of you when you basically never, ever get anything right. Assuming brain rot for any not like you is what is wrong with your ilk. The facts are too hard for a group on here that has become the most entertaining thing to watch you 4 or so spin and spin then pretend and pretend.

You appear desperately stupid.

Claims from you who have no evidence of your own veracity can't claim audaciously that any another is stupid. You have nothing to stand on but insults to go with that lack of evidence eh?

Does ANYONE believe this was by accident? Only an absolute and complete idiot would believe this. The irony being the FBI ( Comey ) stands up and LECTURES the rest of us on Hillary's mishandling classified information then turns around and loses the most valuable piece of evidence in the "investigation". What a god damn joke the FBI has become.

Impeccable logic. In your world is Schroedinger's cat alive or dead?

LMFAOOO!!!

There's no evidence of Russian hackers except when crowd strike says muh Russian hackers

There were no crimes committed and that's why the head of the feebs had to specifically state that in order for it to be criminal there has to be intent

You talk about conservative brainrot stemming from toxic propaganda while sitting in this thread directly and repeatedly arguing mutually exclusive and blatantly conflicting ad-hoc "explanations" at a rate and density of occurrences per 1000 words typed that would make a flat earther blush!

Your problem....

Is you entirely lack the ability to suffer from cognitive dissonance at all! You can literally belief hundreds of completely mutually exclusive and contradictory things simultaneously without feeling even the slightest twinges of stress, mental, or moral discomfort in the process...

What's really disturbing though is that you and others like you are far too intelligent to be easily taken in by such stuff, and frankly intelligent enough that you would come up with better lies obfuscations and equivocations on your own than the prepackaged trash tier stuff you charge into threads like this with...

I have absolutely zero expectation that anything i have said here will change your mind or even make you momentarily vaguely uncomfortable and self reflective.

This response wasn't even for you truthfully, rather it was intended to point something out for those with eyes to see.

Thank you though for serving as such a classical textbook case of this which I can point people to specifically to illustrate the concept though. It's quite helpful.

Schroedinger's cat doesn't even remotely begin to apply to this but keep trying to make yourself "feel" intellectual.

Lol... Judging by the smell coming from the box Schrödinger's cat is alive and needs fresh cat litter.
