S.C. Robert Mueller Is Close To Being Shut Down - If He Doesn't Shut Down Voluntarily.

Remember the FISA SPY WARRANT that was issued in 2016 for the Obama Administration to spy on the Trump campaign? That very same Spy Warrant application was re-approved BY ROD ROSENSTEIN for Bob Mueller's use, in JULY of 2017. Candidate Trump was then President of the United States... but he was STILL being spied on! This time by Special Counsel Bob Mueller.

In addition, anyone in "Trump's orbit" (including his attorneys) were fair game for Mueller to spy on, as well.

It appears Special Counsel Robert Mueller began his investigation of Russian interference and the possibility of Trump campaign collusion, right where the FBI counterintelligence operation left-off. This is additionally supported by reviewing the original investigative instructions as outlined by Rod Rosenstein the day Robert Mueller was appointed as Special Counsel. (See exhibit A)

And with this intensely broad and intrusive surveillance authority Mueller’s investigative unit now has the legal authority to capture the records of everyone within two-hops of Carter Page. That includes the entire Trump campaign and likely almost all of the Trump administration.

This explains why Michael Caputo (who was interviewed by Mueller) said: “Mueller has everything, on every person related to the campaign. Including calls, emails, text messages, the works."

The article goes on to say that after Mueller and Rosenstein were alerted to how Anti-Trump Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were, by the Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Mueller removed Strzok from the investigation. Page had already jumped ship.

Special Counsel Mueller then asked his boss Rod Rosenstein for instructions on how to proceed, in light of Strzok/Page being exposed.

Rosenstein responded with a letter to Mueller on August 2, 2017. That letter is highly redacted. Congressional committees have been asking for it the past 3 weeks. This week, Rod Rosenstein finally responded. His answer was, "NO, you can't see the entire letter".


TODAY, after accusing Mueller of lying, and going way outside the scope of what he SHOULD be investigating, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III ordered Mueller's team to bring him the full, non-redacted version of that August 2nd letter. Giving them 2 weeks to produce it. (Why 2 weeks for a letter?)

Judge Ellis also revealed a major bombshell this afternoon. Bob Mueller has been using the WRONG FISA WARRANT for much of the "evidence" that has been gathered during his investigation!

It seems that Special Counsel Mueller was not going to remove Strzok from his team, until the Inspector General found out about Strzok's Anti-Trump actions, and told Mueller to essentially, "Get that guy off your team of investigators".

Also, isn't there something ILLEGAL about using the wrong Warrant to obtain evidence? Using a FISA TITLE-1, instead of the proper TITLE-3, means that evidence was obtained improperly, and is not admissable. Right?

This could be the beginning of the end of Bob Mueller's investigation. He nailed 16 Russian spies...and a couple of people who (allegedly) lied to the FBI. Special Counsel Mueller should now issue his final report and exit stage left ASAP, before he and his friend Rod Rosenstein are put under criminal investigation.

Obama famously said during one debate..."You gotta be able to walk and chew gum at the same time". I think Mueller feels that by getting rid of Trump, there will be no further investigations into Obama's administration. And he may be right, but thankfully, Mueller is now sliding backwards into the abyss.

Judge Ellis was wrong then. Maybe he'll "correct the record".

Pretty bad when the FBI has seized the ability to have more power than our congress. When the FBI is capable of ignoring the people's choice of running this country, it is time to get rid of the agency. We are setting precidence when we give a policing agency full of conspiracy minded people power over our government.

I used to be neutral on the FBI, as of late I believe they believe they are above all governance of this country. The CIA used to be like that till we took them down many notches years ago. I do not think our military even has any power over the FBI even in the case of foreign policy.

But a FISA warrant is different than a general Criminal / Search warrant, isn't it?

And against a sitting US POTUS? Doesn't that fall under the realm of National Security?

I mean, thinking about it, criminals walk free all of the time because of bad search warrants, evidence collected that shouldn't have been included, areas searched outside of the warrant parameters.... ?

Any warrant derived by any kind of pretense is automatically invalid. Any kind of false claim made in order to obtain a warrant makes anything obtained under said warrant inadmissible.
