Perhaps there's a scale of punishable 'lies'

little ones at one end,
and great big elephant ones at the other

Perhaps the Clinton lies are at one end,
the shallow end of the lying pool

Whilst Trump is on the elephant side of the richter scale of lying

Could be that i suppose

Fake new NBC has retracted.

THERE WAS NO WIRETAP ON COHEN.

twitter.com...

Wow that deserves its own thread... The MSN just hears something and runs with it as fact as long as its against Trump..

What comprises "Anonymous sources" is so broad, that no media outlet has a definition of what a.s. are.

If a MSM reporter receives a call from a mental home resident who has something dirty to say about Trump, BINGO.. he's suddenly an "anonymous source". Or better yet, a reliable source who wishes to remain anonymous.

Bias against Trump? of course, did the FBI raid Hillarys lawyers offices or grab the servers? No! The FBI is a rogue agency that needs some house cleaning.

Yep weird how that works out.

I mean the law doesnt say that at all.

But the fbi seems to think trump people lie = a crime. hillary people lie = no crime.

Trump guy lobbys for russians in 2012 without filing papers he is a foriegn lobbyists = crime. Hillary people lobby with that trump guy for the exact same russians = not a crime.

Hillary people destorty subpeanaed evidence = not a crime.

Hillary people have private server = not a crime.

And so on.

Isnt that strange how it always seems that they are giving the benefit to the doubt to hillary people and not trump.

The law is the law, and it shouldnt be up to the fbi to decide when its ok to break it or not.

What does that have to do with mills and abedin lying to the fbi and not being charged?

Here's my own theory/plausible defense :
WH servers are old, decrepid and easily hackable
i wouldn't be logging onto gmail on them

They don't even have Macafee installed fer crissakes !
Crap servers, crap security, crap all around

You wouldn't want that coming to light in an investigation
You can't have that 'leaking out'

WH servers?

You mean State Department servers?

Also, Hillary directed the State Department to employ new and better security measures after the State Department cable leaks in 2010. Your suggestion that Hillary would use a personal server -- not subject to the new security measures that Hillary, herself, ordered -- to protect from leaks and hacks, is anything but a plausible defense.

In fact, her words, back then, prove she was grossly negligent in using a personal server to conduct State Department business.

Look, trump is a crooked liar, no matter what the FBI did or did not do. I don't think the FBI broke any laws. If you can't yet see that trump is a corrupt, dirty man, who will throw anyone and everyone under the bus, and lie with no conscience whatsoever!

Muller is not leading a witch hunt, and trump acts GUILTY AS HELL!!!!

Sounds like every other human being I know. Including my ex.

IF there's a real severe crime, that's one thing. But if they try to take Trump down on some technicality, some minor barely criminal act, through evidence gotten through illegitimate means or perhaps planted. Don't think that will go down lightly with the U.S population, such a blatant Coup could even fracture the military, with substantial numbers defying and defending legitimacy of the presidency.

There is no reason to believe otherwise, that since the FBI was a founded and dictaphones were available every single administration was wiretapped.

Of course there is a double-standard and a bias.

The issue was never to follow the rule of law.

It was to remove Trump and punish anyone who ever wanted to have anyone other than an establishment democrat or a republican in office.

And they're the globalist elites puppets

It's the higher ups we need dirt on, why is nobody investigating this circle or traitors they're working for an international group of elites who need exposing to the public

Why are the republicans not going after this it'll end the Dems forever and other deepstate governments acros the western world

The biggest "double standard" that I see is that the Hillary EMAILZZZZZZ investigation was in the news daily throughout the entire election (granted, the Russians helped with that), and Comey - just to reinforce the problem, wrote Congress a letter they promptly LEAKED (where's the outrage?) about re-opening the investigation just 10 days before the election, even though the NY FBI had had the laptop over 3 weeks, and had yet to even get a warrant.

Meanwhile, the country knew nothing about the FBI's investigation into Trump's ties to Russia. In fact, I recall the first that I heard about it, that Harry Reid - upon being furious that Comey would write a letter about evidence that came to exactly zero, and knew they would never get anything more - noted in his letter that Comey is in the middle of an investigation involving Trump's illegal ties to Russia, and yet THAT had not been released.

If one wants to start at "double standards" - let's start right there. Ten days before the election, which candidate did the FBI purposefully blast news across the country about a "criminal" investigation?

Trump lies, he lies about even stupid little things like knowing about paying off porn stars, about whether he even had sex with the porn star, and yet you people are playing victim - again, to the big bad FBI who obviously has it out for Trump, when everything that comes Trump's way comes about because he simply can't go a week at a time without being caught in a major lie - that's how he lives.

Before, if anyone did anything to threaten or jeopardize the person holding the office of the president of this country, there would be a knock at their door or papers from the IRS keeping them busy so they didn't have time to say anything.

What happened since Trump took over, doesn't he believe in getting people to do this to others like every president has in the past, especially the Democrats? I think he may be a little too mild on the people and the government employees, he needs to ball up. Obama would have never put up with this crap.

Maybe that is why I get so many scam calls on the phone here, the new Homeland security people hired people to harrass people with scams so they are scared of saying anything.

You mean like the IRS is going to throw you in jail? Or Microsoft is receiving error messages from your computer?

No, those aren't from DHS.

And why doesn't our government procecute anyone or even search much for people who are trying to scam people? It would be easy for them to pass laws to stop local numbers being put as a source of the call.

The thing is, investigations take time. If you get my meaning, if you catch my drift.

Oh come on man!

So, if we work out what your drift seems to be we might say this. The biggest thing your posts imply is your obvious love for the type of corruption of those who are on your socialistic Utopian dream team. But yet your drift seems to hate it when someone exercises their rights in a way your group of Snowflakes can't handle that our Constitution stated in writing for all the world to see.

In short, your drift is to let the major corruption go and squash anybody who would stand in the way of the progressives.

I am STILL neutral and not an R or a D. I am forced to support a DJT type candidate when the corruption reeks to the highest places on Earth. I am for following laws and keeping the separation of powers the progressives are willing to do away with for their current needs.

Pen register does not equal wire tap.

Carter Page was under investigation before he even joined the Trump campaign.

You are fake news.

Page was an fbi informant that helped put away Russian criminals

I outlined many things in the op that you can’t respond to, and so you just call me fake news

Pathetic
