That he was ridiculed for using a phrase that doesnt literally apply to new tech, now everyone is using it as default, as Trump did.

My point is people find anything end everything to make fun of him, you know the usual hypocritical stuff.

Thats all.

I have no more proof than the rest of the speculation on here. It seems to fit the timeline of events.
The refferal came from Mueller. So the Southern district of New York didn't have enough evidence for the raid without Mueller's refferal. Which lends the question that if the Southern district of New York had Cohen under surveillance wire tapped his phone and read all his emails how come they didn't have enough evidence. Why would they need a refferal to raid Cohen's offices.

The only way this makes sense is if Mueller had Cohen under surveillance under the guise of Russian collusion. Found evidence not pertaining to the russia probe. Then handed that evidence over in a refferal to the Southern district of New York. Who then raided Cohen's offices in thier "unrelated" investigation. All the Southern district of New York fbi has to say now is during the course of our investigation into Cohen we found evidence of wrong doing in another ongoing case. We have turned that evidence over to the proper people. This just seems like a way for Mueller to get around attorney client privilege.

The media themselves referred to the Southern district of New York as a taint team to sift through all the evidence so they wouldn't break privilege on the Mueller probe.

There isn't only one way, it could have come from witness testimony. Or subpoenaed records.

I figured that would be the case.

Not really, unless there is evidence to suggest such a thing.

Talking out of your ass is not evidence.

As for the rest of your post, it appears you may be confused as to what the timeline actually is.

If there was a subpoena it would have been reported in the media.

The fact of the matter is no one knows who or when the surveillance on Cohen was initiated.

Niether witness testimony or subpoenaed records are what is being discussed in the media today. So to go with what we have is all we can do.

Yeah well you're going to have to prove that because I just looked for it and I don't see anything that suggests that.
So please. Or point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Yesh why use common sense or probability.

It's better to just follow the talking points and regurgitate them in your little babies mouths.

If there was a subpoena it would not be in the media what was found in the records subpoenaed.

A record for something else say gates could have led to another investigative stream.

It's obvious people just follow the media talking points. The same ones that are criticized as bs.

The only revelation that started this thread is that Cohen was surveiled. We don't know why or when or who initiated the surveillance. But it doesn't look to me that it was the Southern district of New York. Or they wouldn't need a refferal to raid Cohen's offices.

To call me for bringing a different viewpoint to todays new info is weak.
