The English used to have an empire of which the U.S. was a part, however, the U.S. itself has no empire nor have they ever so this doesn’t apply.

Ask The Axis Power of WWII, The Quadruple Alliance of WWI, The British prior to the 1815, the Mexicans from 1846-1848, Mostly all of central and south America, Iraq, Iran, Palestine, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Samos, Midway, Jarvis, etc, etc. There are also countless countries that are covertly controlled by USA influence that are not publicly endorsed imperial vassals of the United States.

Hell, if you disagree with US, we literally attack ourselves and blame it on our opponents until we get our civilian's consent to go and destroy that nation.

Not that I agree with imperialism, but it is undeniable that the US pwns most of the world.

The USA has an imperium in the Latin sense; a geographical expanse where it exercises "auctoritas."

America dresses up its military adventures in a "coalition of the willing," to maintain the window dressing of national independence for it's "client states" (the old Roman term).

How many invasions of sovereign states have occurred in the past 40 years WITHOUT the USA?

Who wrote the German Constitution? General Eisenhower.

The US controls the maritime commons: The blue water oceans of earth. No naval force crosses blue ocean for combat without the US's approval. The most recent example was Venezuela's plan a decade ago, to annex the Dutch ABC territories of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao. The Dutch said they couldn't defend the islands, because their jets couldn't reach the carribean. Bush offered to let them us an American aircraft carrier; Chavez called off the invasion. before that, the UK got permission to defend the Falklands, and US assurances of protection for the British fleet if there were any problems.

America owns the commons of Space as well. Tho China is testing its boundaries with regard to American tolerance in space.

Israel exists because of America. As does South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, independent Ukraine (for now).

What is UK, French, or German plans to deal with Russia becoming dangerously violent in Europe? handle it themselves? Call Canada? Ask the Chinese for Help? Nope. Trump is their only hope.

Every European can give you the ins and outs of US politics and parties. Not one American in 20 can describe any other political system. They don't need to.

There are 30 primary aircraft carriers on the earth. America owns 17 of them (officially. 5 more in storage/reserve). no other nation owns more than 3.

America is definitely an Imperium.

A bold statement.

Can you provide evidence to that fact ?

A State Department telegram of 4 May shows that the Embassy in Buenos Aires was unable to kill the story that a US satellite had given the British the position of the General Belgrano, whereas the British Official History of the Falklands War, by Lawrence Freedman (vol.2, p285) credibly explains that it was an intercepted and decrypted signal from Admiral Lombardo late on 1 May that showed the British that the Argentine navy was planning a coordinated strike against the Task Force the following day, information that led directly to the decision to sink the ship

There was a perception among the losers that the US satelites had given the location of one of the key Argentine warships, which was sunk in the conflict. But the Margaret Thatcher website assures us it didn't happen that way.

On the other hand. The fuel for the UK task force was sold to them by the US from the US-leased airbase on Ascension Island.

The point of rise & fall of empires is predictable sequence of events. As currently witnessing the lack of control within Syria, Bashar Al Assad maintained Full control of his territory shows vived lacking coalition's (West) efforts to resolve or implement their rule of law. Russia still maintains global super power, China is flexing it's military might incrementally. Everybody knows the Anglo imperial forces from 19th C to 20 th C are diminished.

In last ditch desperate actions, the US Navy sending all its aircraft carrier to overseas international troubles hotspots only proves one thing there are other Navies standing by to be reckoned with.
