Well thats England for you. Be a good subject and obey the crown. Doesnt matter if thugs murder you in the street while you're defenseless or your child is dying and you want to try a hail mary. As long as the crown maintains control over its subjects, everything is fine.
sorry but our english law stoped this child from suffering anylonger, its put there for a reason, becouse at the end of the day the parants will fight tooth and nail to keep their child alive even if there is no hope
Suffering huh? Thats what you call it? I call it life. See, when he was alive, the kid had some kind of chance. Not a big chance. But a chance greater than zero. Which is what dead people got. Zero. Nothing. Not even empty blackness. Just no existence. And from THAT there is no hope.
Your english law didnt save anyone. It denied two parents a chance to save what was the center of their world. But hey, the kids dead now, so tell yourself what you need to in order to feel better about your government

She basically if you make a threat against the hospital the police will pursue

"A threat against" would be calling them and threatening them. Not venting hyperbole on social media

how disconnected from reality does someone have ot be to think that starving a child to death won't inflame passions?

do you think that your courts are the ultimate authority? is no one allowed to disagree with them FFS?
Going to an italian hospital resolves:
- the issue with parental rights, as the courts didn't give birth to that child. the parents did (you guys in the UK have this all backasswards)
- the political hot potato
- the risk to patients and staff due to the mob
But it was more important for your state to remain supreme in their authority

Our staff have received in person, via phone calls, email, and through social media channels a barrage of highly abusive and threatening language and behaviour that has shocked us all. Worse still, patients and visitors to Alder Hey have also reported abuse.

CertIainly the medium matters. Screaming into void isnt a threat.
In Texas i have a right to shoot someone who has threatened me if i see them in person and feel my life is in danger. Proving it was a threat is the challenge. Because words are just words.

Except im referring to the statement of them monitoring social media.
The new UK PC jackboots apparently are out in force enforcing polite speech about this hateful action.
