So the DHS boss doesn't know that a request for asylum is usually made at a port of entry?

So the DHS boss doesn't know that to fit the refugee status for asylum they need to have been referred by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees or a US Embassy?

Or do they fit under certain groups that the US has determined have special characteristics from certain countries?

I am thinking that either the DHS boss or you is unfamiliar with the requirements for refugee status.

I am saying Soebarkah did not enforce the immigration laws, and his zealots are still fighting Trump every step of the way.

The caravan has been a yearly thing for like 10 years. Didn't alarm people before.

There is a reason why most are honduran:

Honduras Is Pioneering a New Approach to Refugees from Gang Violence

An encouraging development in the push for increased recognition of the situation came in early 2017 when Honduras announced that it would be one of the case-study countries for the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework (CRRF), a process led by UNHCR to provide inputs into the Global Compact on Refugees.

Talk is cheap. Takes money to buy land
Never threaten . Promise. Then keep it.

But they did. I even know a couple of people that were deported. Actually probably close to 10.

But they are enforced for everyone else, so they are enforced.

Actually the organizations claims to have been active for 15 but the caravan is 10 years old.

They have always been enforced but maybe not evenly. Are you saying that there has ever been a year when someone was not deported from the US?

They are distorting their right to enter. The claim of seeking asylum is bullsheat and everyone knows it. This is a Soros and Democratic funded attempt to usurp US immigration law. Open borders will destroy US heritage and lowlifes associated with open borders and globalism know this..

There is also a reason why a lot of Democrat lawyers put this together. Over a year ago.

Spoiler alert... it isn't about anything humanitarian or anything good for America as a nation.

I don't care. I was pointing out the legal right that these people have to step up to a port of entry and request asylum.

I'm not saying anything about who backed them or if they should or shouldn't get asylum.

They passed through mexico. Can't do that according to international rules.

They should be mexico's problem.

When the canadians have to leave canada, should we tell them they can't stay here and let them ride on top of a train to mexico?
