Surely so because California has a "total sightings" of 23,419 but odds of 168,700 whereas Wyoming has "total sightings" of 2,854 and odds of 20,500. I'm going out on a limb here to assume they mean a 1 in 20,500 chance off seeing a UFO.

Something screwy. Or am I not understanding it?
It says the most likely state is Wyoming, with "odds" of 20,500.
Least likely is Maryland, with 107,100.
What's going on with Florida? Texas?
I wonder if population density is considered in those "odds."

In Salida Colorado, sightings are so common they have UFO parties on the deck.
