Cuba best medical care? Ok you can go their to get your health care done as it is probably better than the UK's or Canada's. Hope you don't have long waits in line!

Its the best in the world, thats an acheivement that no western country has done, oh and BTW the NHS waiting times are not really a big problem. My family works in the NHS, all the stories are hyped.
