Local media reports an Israeli airstrike on the 47th military brigade compound in South Hama.

I don't think i can link to wikileaks but at their twitter, there is a video clip of the huge explosion.

That earlier attack was on Airbase T-4, near Tiyas, in the region of Homs. I don't know what exactly they destroyed or tried to destroy, but apparently it was to punish Iran for creeping into Syria.
