The weirdest one was one I can not remember the name of.

I saw it in Australia in 1969.

Two kids, boy and girl, would get themselves into all sorts of trouble.

They would then summon a creature that was as scary as all hell. It was a skeleton with a staff and boy, did he do a number on the bad guys. Would love to see it again .... sadly unless I know the name ...

Everyone also left out Marine Boy. Neptina never wore a bra. Great show.

I was thinking Hercules and steroids...but that is just my opinion...

I made my kids watch all the Hannah-Barbera shows when they were little "Lidsville" was their favorite. One of the weirdest!

I'd say scooby doo, since about a decade after I saw my first episode I figured out why Scooby and Shaggy were always paranoid and hungry!

Marine boy yea being 14 at the time that mermaid stared in many nightly fantasy's .
Matter of fact most every female toon spent time in them lol .
I spent a good amount of my youth looking for uncovered breast in regular tv shows long before cable .
well We all know jaws intro But most dont know fantasy island had a mermaid once and she bared it all not only taht but unlike jaws were you had to stare to see it was very light .

You mean you didn't just go the PBS/National Geographic route?

I didn't have any interest in boobs, but I know all about sex and mating thanks to many, many nights of watching all the nature docs on PBS, and yeah, if you caught the right night, you'd see the natives too wearing nothing.
