Yes I love how he laughs in all of his posts discussing how intellectual he and his side is and how dumb trump supporters are

All the while spewing known lies like republicans paid for the dossier which has been proven false over and o er again, and even admitted by the Dems and fusion

There is also the not so small problem of the
content of the emails themselves, and all of the
DNC "dignitaries" that resigned in shame from
the fallout. Isn't that how the rigging was
discovered, how they can blame someone
for their own rigging is beyond ludicrous.

They even denied the FBI access to
the servers....all the proof they have is from
russian influenced crowdstrike.

Of note, the DNC would not allow the FBI to inspect their servers which were supposedly hacked by the Russians - instead relying on private security firm Crowdstrike.

www.zerohedge.com...

This should be fun!

Hillary and the DNC are All National Security Risks , when will that Fact Finally be Addressed by the Asshats at the DOJ ?

The Dems know their base is intellectuals and college professors an scientists so they can’t just spout nonsense..

The gop thinks their base are idiots and they can just make up whatever..

You're still having difficulty understanding.
Belief is unimportant. Just like those deranged people who believe in their Russian collusion conspiracy theories are not important.

A private investigative firm, Fusion GPS, provided political opposition research against Trump in two distinct phases, with completely separate funders. Fusion GPS was first contracted by a conservative political website, The Washington Free Beacon, and Steele was not involved in that research. When Trump became the presumptive nominee on May 3, 2016, The Free Beacon stopped their backing. Separately, in April 2016, attorney Marc Elias hired Fusion GPS to investigate Trump on behalf of Hillary Clinton's campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Fusion GPS later subcontracted Steele to research and compile the dossier.[7] Following Trump's election as president, funding from Clinton and the DNC ceased, but Steele continued to work, and was reportedly paid directly by Glenn R. Simpson, a co-founder of Fusion GPS.[8] The completed dossier was then handed to British and American intelligence services.[9]

Oh no the Washington free beacon (conservative super pac) was the first group to hire fusion gps to investigate trump..

Then when trump won the nomination . They stopped paying..

So they sold their info to the DNC. Until trump won the presidency. Then they stopped paying..

Then Steele decided on his own to continue compiling data on trump and gave it to British and US intelligence agencies..

So neither group was funding fusion gps when the dossier was actually compiled and both had been paying as the initial dirt on trump was collected..

Because you said so?!?

BWAHAHAHA

I’m wrong all the time and will happily admit it when I am..

You never even say why I’m wrong, just say “nah uh”.. and somehow feel like you “nailed it”..

I actually take the time to write out the logic behind my analysis..

I’m not the one who never met a left wing conspiracy I didn’t buy..

Your the one who never met a conservative conspiracy theory he didn’t buy..

You believe hillary is a murderer, bill is a rapist, obama was a socialist , I bet you were on the birther train, but I can’t remember,

You believe the democrats are comming to get all the guns, even though no elected democrat has ever said that.. in history..

You believe all the scientists, college professors and media are in a vast conspiracy to make the gop look bad.

Exc.

Exc.

Exc..

All stuff that is literally logistically impossible and even a toddler with a spoonful of deductive reasoning would see right through..

We should really require a class in logical fallacies before letting people vote..

What does belief have to do with ANYTHING..

I said for a civil suit. It requires a wronged party who suffered a loss of value, who is asking to be made whole again.

That is civil law 101..

I can’t sue you unless I suffered a loss.

Criminal court is for when people broke a law or statute..

Civil court is when no law was broken, but someone suffers a loss due to another persons malfeasance.

With the DNC lawsuit , trump colluded with Russia” (malfeasance) and so the DNC lost the election (the loss suffered the partitioner is requesting to be made whole).

I doubt seriously it flys, but at least the requirements are met so you can have a case..

So WHO CAN CLAIM THEY LOST SOMTHING BECAUSE HILLARY DIDNT SWAP SWERVERS???

No one.. it is not a civil suit matter.

Hypothetically she broke laws and statutes so that makes it a criminal matter..

And both the obama and trump DOJ’s are not interested In Charging her..

Hahahahaha!!!!

Now you have me laughing!

Your own source says Steele wasn’t contracted until AFTER the Washington free beacon stopped paying fusion

So yes you were wrong, as your own source has proven!

And yet still you are arrogant!

Everything you say in this post I believe is a total lie.

Show me saying bill is a rapist. I have consistently called for innocent until proven guilty for all accused, including mendenez, Bill Clinton, al Frankenstein, etc.

Show me saying Hillary is a murderer. I have never said that

Show me saying Dems are coming g for all of the guns.

Show me saying I was a birther

You are a liar and a poor one at that

Your arrogance and calling those you disagree with stupid is lauaghable given at how wrong you have consistently been

And Steele was giving his information to intelligence services before Trump was elected while still in the employ of HRC/DNC through proxy FusionGPS.

And you don't have to sue someone to engage in discovery. It is an essential right of the defense.

But other than those minor points of substance, the posts are great. Lots of capital letters, so you know it's good.

The dossier wasn’t compiled to after the DNC stopped paying too..

Fusion gps was paid by the DNC and the GOP group to find dirt on trump..

AFTER BOTH GROUPS ENDED THEIR CONTRACTS. Fusion gps and Steele compile the dossier..

I’m sure they have dirt acquired while paid by the GOP group in the dossier..

So either both of those contracts led to the dossier, because research from both timeframes were included..

Or

Neither are responsible because it was compiled AFTER the contract ended..

You can’t have it both ways and say that the Dems are solely responsible. when GPs were not being paid by the DNC when it was compiled AND a gop helped contribute to the initial dirt collected..

Both groups did the exact same thing.. pay for the dirt that led to the dossier and the compilation of the two into the dossier cam after those contracts had ended..

Except most of the 17 memos comprising (compiled in) the "Steele dossier" were written before the election while the firms were contracted by the DNC/HRC campaign.
And distributed to intelligence services and the media. Before the election.. The first memo was in June. The last came in December after the election. 16 of 17 memos were "compiled" before the election under the patronage of HRC campaign/DNC by way of FusionGPS. Though of course Elias and the campaign lied about this for a year before we found out the truth. Steele was also getting fed information from Clinton associates while compiling the dossier.

I’m sure they have dirt acquired while paid by the GOP group in the dossier..

Except it didn't.

Words cannot express how pleased I am to see this lawsuit. They've made extremely serious (albeit paranoid) allegations, and have absolutely no evidence to back them up.

The future of DNC is very clear. Even moderates in California are tired of the entirely unsubstantiated accusations RE: Russia.

Keep it coming DNC, enjoying watching their broke pseudo-party blow money on hilarious and frivolous legal proceedings. Fortunately, malicious lawsuits (such as ones filed without any evidence) often result in extreme legal charges for the plaintiff.

Of course, the entire case should be dismissed with prejudice. Frivolous suits aside, DNC is talking about matters way above their pay grade. And when you make such serious accusations, you had better be damned ready to back them up with incontrovertible evidence else prepare to lose all credibility/legitimacy.

Fortunately, at this point, any attempt to make a move on Trump would be most unpleasant for the traitors among us.

Your point? Prosecute/imprison them all, IMHO. Use unlawful enemy combatant status/extraordinary rendition/Citizen militias as required to skirt Federal judges. I have no sympathy for traitorous RINOs or their socialist dogs.

It’s not even that..

It’s political theater by the political commentators..

How exactly would someone sue for Hillary’s server as a citizen?!?!

See the DNC can sue trump because they can claim damages.. they likely don’t win, but the bare minimum requirements are likely met.

Who is the wronged party concerning hillary’s Emails?!?!

Who would be requesting to be made whole again??

No one..

The DOJ would have to file charges.. not a private citizen suing lol..

And how long have people been waiting for sessions to even open an investigation?!?!

if they're claiming Trump and his associates hacked the server, then they need to provide the server to both sides in order to prove that. If they #canned the server, then they have no lawsuit. They can't say "Trump and Russia hacked our server and we knows this because OUR people who WE paid looked at the server".

The DNC is in big trouble here. These people are stupid.

How long has Hillary's case been "in court"? Years. What have all those discoveries led to? Nothing.

Nothing . . . YET.

They will, you can bet on that. And, it's all going to come out come election time and no sooner.

Trump has been in office for over a year now yet we're no closer to Hillary being in jail than we were before he got elected. Not sure why you guys think this will be any different than Russian collusion or Hillary's emails going to court. You think those in power will actually let the courts that they own end their rule? Lol. That's a pipe dream, time to wake up from it.

Over a year! LOL! Dude, Obama and Hillary ran everything for 8 years straight and the Clintons have been in power for decades and you think one year is all it's going to take? Trump is still weeding out the broke bums the DNC and Hillary have paid off or offered favors to.

He's very experienced in being sued. And settling in order to avoid discovery, come to think of it.

And yet he's still President and the shining star of the entire Democratic Party lost to him. So what's that say about the "other side"?
