Meanwhile in Russia,

www.cnbc.com...

Russia has banned a pro-democracy charity founded by hedge fund billionaire George Soros, saying the organization posed a threat to both state security and the Russian constitution. In a statement released Monday morning, Russia's General Prosecutor's Office said two branches of Soros' charity network — the Open Society Foundations (OSF) and the Open Society Institute (OSI) — would be placed on a "stop list" of foreign non-governmental organizations whose activities have been deemed "undesirable" by the Russian state.

Keep in mind this is CNBC and their use of the term "pro-democracy" is liberal at best. As I stated before, this man IS the definition of a plutocratic oligarcy - the antithesis of democracy.

Berlin a good place for him.

Nuremberg would be even better.

Smart. We need some of those "stop Soros" laws in every country to remove people like him. They are not part of the future. These type of people hold humanity back for entire generations.

Good on Hungary. If Soros targets Hungary in retaliation then the international community MUST act or cease to exist in any meaningful unity. What could be clearer common ground?

While he may be against fascism, he is certainly NOT for democracy!

where do you draw the line and... more importantly, who draws the line.

You draw the line when people like Soros does what he does. The government should draw the line, but they are just as corrupt so that might not be a good thing.

Exactly my point!

But this is definitely a step in the right direction, and he does like Soros, which explains a lot of his posts imo.

Here is some help for you... if that is possible.

George Soros...

$400 Million to Manipulate Higher Education: Journalists who thought the Koch brothers were dominating college funding with a mere $7 million should check out Soros. He’s given more than 50 times more and even helped establish his own university, Central European University, which teaches his own bizarre political/social philosophy of “open society.”

Global Scandals Largely Unreported: Soros has admitted to helping start revolutions, funding radicals and attacking national currencies. His insider trading conviction in France cost him $3 million and has been upheld by European courts repeatedly. His foundations have been opposed by nations around the globe, yet almost the only negative press he has received on ABC, CBS and NBC was linked to a sex scandal with a 28-year-old Brazilian actress.

Political Contributions to Most Major Liberal Politicians: Soros has personally funded some of the top names in America’s left from Barack Obama to Nancy Pelosi. Soros donates hundreds of millions to politically active liberal organizations as well. He’s even given $500,000 to the allegedly neutral Center for Responsive Politics, which is the source for much of the information on political donations.

More Than Half a Billion Dollars to Finance the Left: George Soros aids hundreds of left-wing groups in America each year under the auspices of his Open Society Foundations. Since 2000, Soros has given more than $550 million to liberal organizations in the U.S., underwriting every major liberal initiative – pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia, pro-gay marriage, pro-drug legalization, pro-union, pro-government-funded media and even attacks against the concept of free elections and voting for judges.

He's a Progressive. A scourge to humanity.

Period.

There seems to be a bit of a disconnect, can you tell us your definition of fascism so we can get on the same page?

That's the beauty of the internet while it lasts. These people who call you and I fascists on the internet could most likely be the same types we see on YouTube hunting down Nazi's and beating the hell out of them while the neutered police departments stand back and watch because they are afraid of losing their jobs to their anti American city council. On the internet for NOW they are forced to exchange ideas thru the use of words and they can't act out in a violent manner!

Things are looking good for Hungary?

Not really. Don't get me wrong, kicking out those who use their financial clout to control narratives, regardless of who they are or what their agenda is, can only be a positive thing. But suggesting that the ousting of Soros related organisations from a region means that everything is just peachy there, is utterly shallow and invalid.

Things in Hungary are NOT peachy, they are absolutely the opposite. Of all the nations in the European continent, Hungary is the closest to being turned into a fascist hellhole full of jackbooted, Hitler worshiping, swastika waving lunatics. There are MASSIVE problems in that country, which have nothing to do with Soros in any direct sense at all.

The EU is bluffing with the sanctions against Hungary, they will be unable to actually impose them. If they do, they will split the EU in at least 2 parts ...

putin did a good job in hungary...just like he is doing here in the US....make sure it's all about "us versus them"....dehumanize "them" to the point that "them" are pure evil....this allows "us" to treat "them" as not being human at all, just vermin to be done away with...that way the "us" feels no guilt when it happens

So lefties praise Soros because he's in the anti-trump movement.

Nothing new.

So ... how's Hungary performing after Soros left ? Well ... I am assuming very well. Hungary must be really hated by Brussels after they opened the sanctions procedure .... or maybe not ? Is it just some kind of a theater ?
