Breaking news report here that Rudy Guliani is joining President Trump's
legal team in hopes to bring an end to the "Russia Probe".

Rudy Giuliani said Thursday that he will join President Trump’s legal team and hopes to bring an end to the special counsel’s investigation into Russian election meddling in “a week or two.” “I’m going to join the legal team to try to bring this to a resolution,” Giuliani told The Post. “The country deserves it. I’ve got great admiration for President Trump. I’ve had a long relationship with Bob Mueller. I have great respect for him. He’s done a good job.”

Guliani expressed confidence that he will be able to negotiate
a resolution quickly.

“I don’t know yet what’s outstanding. But I don’t think it’s going to take more than a week or two to get a resolution. They’re almost there.” I’m going to ask Mueller, `What do you need to wrap it up,’” he said

nypost.com...

Apparently Guliani has known both men for a long time and
admires them both, says Trump has a good heart and did
great things for New York.

With both Rosenstein and Mueller having both said
( unnamed sources ) that Trump is not a target of
The Russia Probe this does seem possible.

At least Guliani is willing to say this to the press
with his name attached, so it does seem more
credible than so many other sources lately.

Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?

Fat chance.

The entire plan with this thing is to keep crap rolling with fake leaks and innuendo into the mid-terms.

I cannot see the Dems letting it come to an end before that.

Rosenstein has told the Trump Administration that they are not a Target in either the Cohen or the Mueller probe. So a wind down at this time seems logical.

Rudy seemed like a great guy as Mayor of new york...reducing crime and handling of 9/11 but ever since then he's become unhinged. He's not right in the head...goes off on crazy tangents and rants. He's not the guy you want negotiating things or handling legal matters. For reals. It would be like appointing Alex Jones to negotiate an end to the investigation. Alex, whether you like him or not, would not be the guy for that job. Same with Rudy. I can literally think of a thousand people that should be ahead of Rudy for a task like this!

Oh I agree, most Dems think this should go on for years, if not a decade.
Right?

That's some bs.

Now don't think trump is guilty. Just has bad judgement.

I do think several of the leeches that attached themselves to him are very guilty.

Well this is news to me, I personally have not studied Guliani
and his history, do you have a link or source to support your concerns?

From the looks of things this looks like a done deal.

I'd bet doing legal work he'd be the real deal. But keep him TF away from foreign policy.

Wow, this seems to be eliciting all kinds of different responses.

How do you feel about The Russia Probe ending?

I don't know. There is so much political bs around it I have no idea what is true.

I do think people like Manafort were out for themselves and would like to know no more people like him are left. However I don't want this stalling of moving forward to be perpetual.

Just a peeon so my rights don't matter. We need to protect politicians privacy. That is my snarky feeking about this.

It was fine when it was told I was being spied on or people like nunes vote to expand spying whenever it comes up.

But no it shouldn't just perpetually continue just because I hate all politicians.

Yeah...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. He's become the creepy old uncle that you don't invite over for Christmas but he keeps showing up anyways.

Well, even if your being 100% sarcastic, there are a few
politicians that have been afforded zero privacy.

Trump would be one of them. So.....

Good

He should feel what it's like to be us.

Or start making changes.

Yes true. It seems Giuliani must be confident he wont
have his house raided though....???
