I had forgotten the importance of using my CPAP mask. I haven't been sleeping well for some time. I wake with sheets thrown about as if I were
wrestling with myself. The last two days I used my mask and in the morning you wouldn't know the bed had been used. You could bounce a quarter off my
bedspread, as if my body hadn't moved since falling to sleep. I feel more rested for sure. I need to get 'regular' with the prescribed treatment
(CPAP). Makes a real difference.
