General Atomics decided the deck handling was the most important part of the MQ-25 it seems. They had developed a system whereby an Avenger UCAV was guided over a simulated deck through two wands. Watching the demo video[1], it looks intriguing and I have to wonder if they can adapt the controller so it mimics the signals given by current deck crew closer. I will say it is closer than the gear NG and Boeing have been using.

Looks very similar tech to what they use in Wii Controllers etc for Video games..Hand movements control what the software sees..Seems to be working fairly smoothly..
