It needs the external Tura limestone to be able to channel the externally derived static electricity from the air and channel it to the highly-conductive gold capstone. It also needs the water reflecting pool feature restored to serve as a charge buffer.

Well let me first say, that you are not detailed enough in your opening post and your subsequent posts don't detail much either which is probably the reason that you have been berated by a few here.

I am not here to save you from the thread or other uses, or even agree to write a book with you. But I can actually recall a documentry I watched some years ago about an experiment carried out on the top (where the capstone was) where they were generating electrical energy. I will add a disclaimer that it did seem rather dubious.

You do need to clear up things in OP as to what you mean and what you intend to do. Stating that you need someone to write a book with and all you need to do is find the Ark of the covenenant, great, sounds easy!
