If Damascus goes?

I'm out of here.

Don't believe the 'grand illusion' when it hits people.

You make a good point.

Why doesn't our government do what we want them to do?

Oh for f#cks sake!

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME OUR GOVERNMENT DID ANY GODDAMNED THING WE WANTED THEM TO DO???

I'm just shaking my head.

I'm sad, disappointed.

Disgusted.

I heard our planes leaving a few hours ago. It was still light. I'm outside Langley AFB.
Home of the first fighter wing.

Depends on what was taking off.

That would be the second wave of strikes.

After an assessment of damage from what just happened.

Trump was probably hammering the Iranians in Damascus.

Sad that place is being bombed, tho.

Isn't it the oldest continuously occupied city?

Which, unless they were already deployed in the UAE, would have absolutely nothing to do with this. The only aircraft that might have flown from the US, and be involved are B-2s out of Whiteman, or B-52s out of Barksdale or Minot (and 6 B-52s came back from the UAE over the last few days, so it's not likely either are involved).

I wasn't wearing your pink hat.

What’s with your obsession with hats? I’ve never worn a pink hat in my life.

There will be much boo hooing and crying foul when the pay back to the US comes in the future.

I suppose some people actually believe this is done because some plain old people there get killed.

No, it wouldn't be. Langley is F-22s. There's no way in hell F-22s from the US are going to be involved, short of hopping their way to the UAE as backups. And they wouldn't be leaving on ferry flights late in the afternoon or at night. Those would have nothing to do with this. Any bombers flying from the US would launch from their home station and hit tankers along the way. If they were going to hop somewhere closer, it would be somewhere in Europe or Diego, not the US East Coast.

Really? Like it's your place to diagnose me? Nope ...
Not only is the news talking about just that but also is it a distraction for the flames licking at his presidency.
You can stop telling me to stop posting my opinions. I'm not going to. Too bad so sad.

I find "chemical weapons" as a line being drawn to be sort of strange. Saying that killing civilians with chemical weapons is "going too far" implies there are proper ways to dispatch innocent people.

There are no proper ways to kill civilians.

Let’s keep the topic at hand please.

Refrain from “if trump didn’t do this he’s Putin’s puppet” ... “if trump did this it was a distraction” etc etc

Curious how on the status of their anti air systems... and response

And Trump campaigned on being the exact opposite, yet here we are bombing Syria who is allied with Russia. No good will come from this.
...

Actually, Trump often criticized Obama for his red line claims, and then not being strong enough to stand up and do what he said he would do.

It's too coincidental that Bolton comes on and it degrades so fast under speculation of false flags....again.
