dressing it up in combat terms
like that ("beachhed") may be excessive.

I got the feeling from the previous owners that the entities they were battling were far above the common poltergeist. Attacks on their livestock. The unkillable large wolf beast, etc. Humanlike figures wriggling out of a long manifested portal tube. Things disappearing at the house or being relocated. Locks all over the house with signs that they had guard dogs posted at the entrances. And finally, the fact they gave up and moved on after what they considered was an unwinnable situation. I'd consider that a combative situation, what would you call all that??

I'd call that unverified. Sorry.

Until a refrigerator-chupa chupa comes after me with
dissection blades, it's just second or third hand stories.

The world is full of them.

I would believe George Knapp flat out, if he'd ever seen something
like that. Or Springer. But neither have seen anything.

Neither has Jacques Vallee. He's never seen anything at all there.

I'm not saying that anyone is a liar... and I tend to Like the NIDS
Scientists in general... but in general those are third hand
stories and that's just not good enough.

Add on top of that, that perceptions are deceived.. that things
are misidentified.. so at the end of the day I have no idea
if *anything* has ever happened there.. and neither do you.

The only reason that I believe in close encounters of the third
kind, is that Iv'e had two. The only reason that I believe in
BTUFO is that I experienced one for about 45 seconds
and it was fairly point blank.

Stories in and of themselves are meaningless.

So... no... I can't possibly agree with you.. nor could
any fully rational person.

I think that it's fairly likely that *something* is going
on.. as I have done a little probing.. and had something
nasty follow me home..

but even that can't beat an in-person visit.

I'd be interested in your experience. Do you have a thread on that?

As in security car shadowing you or what?

In both cases, the 'aliens' were not entirely solid,
but the one did paralyze me for 5 minutes so
that's real enough for me. yah. they are posted
somewhere on ATS.

As for SWR, my ummmm.. lets call it 'spirit' for lack of a better
term went and took a looksie. Then for 3 weeks I had menacing
machine voices and other effects bother both myself and my
wife. My wife when i wasn't even home.. so that really annoys me.

I told the 'machine intelligence' that I would come visit at SWR
if I could, and then since then it's left my family alone.

I have no way to keep the promise at present.

Now... I've been 'bothered' 100 fold worse than this at other
points in my life.. it was a silly thing to say.. but it seemed
to be what the correct answer was..

If the harassment resumes, I will stomp on it repeatedly until
it cries uncle. Or least least my companion probably would.
It's rather complicated how all that works.

It's also possible that another faction not associated with SWR
was at play.. I haven't played private detective with this..
it's not currently worth fretting over.. "this stuff" magnifies
if you pay it attention.. so the best thing to do is to shrug
it off like it's nothing.. which it really is at first..

I would certainly consider a medical diagnosis.. you know..
"auditory hallucinations" but this was the first time ever that
loud machine voices have accosted me.. and the fact that my wife
also had the same experience, when I wasn't even home.. I *suppose*
we could both be getting schizophrenia, concurrently
the very same day in our 50's..
but that just doesn't add up to me.

I'd be inclined to believe you didn't have auditory hallucinations, as both my wife and I heard voices in a place we rented in the past. The fact we both heard the same voice seemed to be some verification it wasn't hallucinatory.

Meh, hallucinations are more widespread than one might think. Even perfectly healthy persons can have them. The way the brain is capable of filling in blanks as a predictive device is quite fascinating on its own.

How did you figure out that you and your wife heard exactly the same voice? Did you independently made notes about it and compared them? Or did you even record the voice?

Nope, I just walked up from the basement and asked her if she heard anything, and she described exactly what I heard as well as the style of voice I heard too. Seemed to confirm it for me. Side note. The neighbors on the other side of the duplex told us about their paranormal experiences a month later and we never told them about our experience either. They were wondering if we'd experienced anything. They heard childrens voices that weren't there apparently.

I am reading it now.

PS:

I've heard these stories before.

I don't buy it.

Now I'm not saying that there aren't sorta-mechanical components involved with
some of the SWR-type incidents.

But I don't concur that this is what is happening.

I'd like to go to SWR and see for myself.

I have a complex theory.. but it's just a theory.. I want to test it.

It doesn’t ring true to me, but it’s an interesting idea if for nothing more than to decide what it isn’t.

This is why I’m interested if the documentary contains a large portion of old footage or the footage of the security camera sabotage.

IMHO so-called "goat suckers" (chupacabras) are actually "more physical"
of a sort.

IMHO so-called BTUFO are "more physical" of a sort.

It would appear that some 'orbs' are purely "energy" but that perhaps
the "blue orbs" have temporary shielding too.

I'd say that none of this stuff is permanently and indefinitely "physical"
under our laws of physics.. but might be "physical" in a variant
space-time fabric. I'm not saying another dimension per say.

I think that the small-mindedness involved here, is the obsession with
typical science to see everything as one of the regular states of matter,
when other states exist, that aren't especially quantifiable as either
energy or matter.. but those more exotic states probably take a fair
amount of power to maintain.. which is why they are transitory..
even if apparently 'solid' - for example some of the stuff can be shot
with a rifle and it ricochets. But that means nothing actually..

it's these kind of mysteries that cause all these debates on what is
physical or not physical.. and the debates are silly... we just don't
understand what's possible, lets call it, "one step up" outside of
the pothole universe set of rules.

IMHO.

I want to research this more.

I wonder if a drone could uncover any evidence of high strangeness over SWR?

I sure would like to see pictures of those 2 guys with dogs heads, smoking cigarettes.

I like a little surrealism with my recondite events.

I'd like to trade data with SWR researchers, it would be very helpful.

Now.. there are plenty of high-strangeness encounters, where one person
sees one thing, and another right next to them sees nothing or something
completely different.

There is also the concept, that most high-strangeness encounters are
designed to stun the rational mind, while building the antenna in the
viewer, slowly over time.

So the actual appearances are completely arbitrary appearing.. but in
fact lead to specific programming sequences within the experiencer.

I don't think the researchers are aware of that yet..but as I'm starting
to explain some of these things to a related projects researcher,
perhaps there can be some lively discussion, and hopefully testing
of the concept.

But all that aside, a 'lazy' but perhaps justifiable hypothesis would be
that these 'cartoon characters' actually do exist, but are simply from
'elsewhere' -- some parallel earth sort of thing.

I don't actually buy that.. unless it's also true that they are being used
for the programming of experiencers.. that's the entire thing.. the
'secret' I'd say behind all of this.. behind really everything.

The reason that I said all of that.. is to answer you on the drone flying
over thing.. in the last case of an actual physical critter from another
parallel earth standing around smoking joints or whatever.. you might
get a shot of one..

but as we all know.. the "phenomenon" seems pretty photo or proof
adverse, even when researchers have all the instrumentation right
there point blank, and what is being experienced produces physical
effects or even death.

Those smoking wolves in garish clothing do make me smile too..
i'd like to shake the hand of one.

I find it hard to believe that the events are so localized. I would think the whole of Uintah county might exhibit high strangness like the SLV.

Unless the "portal" is just a localized phenom. The more I read about it, and the people involved, looks like a possible psyop/MKU/military/BigalowNIDS type exploratory media production.

You make a great point. I agree.

And supposedly that is true; that perhaps SWR is the presumed
epicenter, due to the curse legend.. but that events happen
all over the place in that region and people generally don't
talk about it. They don't want strangers of different belief
systems to come in and poke around their lands. I'm speaking
of both the natives and the 'whites'.

Everyone assumes that there is a portal there.. I'd like to go
poke that spot with a stick.. but it's not on SWR land, it's
on someone elses land apparently.. so they probably
would say no.

I'm not convinced of the portal story.

In my experience, i've only experienced one 'portal', and it was
a huge effort to keep that sucker open.. it took thousands of
people's bodies to keep it open just for a little while.

I'm not big on portal theories.. they don't seem to be practical.

Things disappearing at the house or being relocated.

Yesterday I washed my BBQ stuff outside, I had a presoak bucket on the ground and a wash bucket with hot soapy water on the table. I washed 2 long knives scrubbed the handles and then the blades and dropped one back in the suds while I raised the other with the hose.
Went back to the rinse and the second knife was not in my water, eventually, I found it back in the prewash bucket about 6 feet away.

A month or so ago our pets bed disappeared in the middle of the day. It is just two of us here and the whole of our place on the back of a dead-end street is fenced with 6 ft fence all the way around. we searched the house and yard for days with no sign of the missing bed.

I think these kinds of things are happening all around us and most of the time it is in a way or some object where we dismiss it and don't even realize the strangeness. We don't pay attention and have a habit of dismissing what makes no sense, it saves time worrying over the unexplainable.

Skinwalker Ranch is way beyond the norm. Why do you think it's gotten so much attention by scientists, leading to a book and a documentary. Of course the Skinwalker Ranch is exhibiting things that might happen elsewhere, but not to the degree of Skinwalker.
