The Right Scoop

Either Russia is taking up defensive positions or they are getting them out of the way in case the US strikes the port itself. My guess is the former, which means this could get ugly. Meanwhile Mattis says he’s still reviewing intel but he’s ready to strike at the president’s call:

No Twitter diplomacy!

Looksa like they are ready for war.

So is this a ROUSE by trumps election buddy Vlad or perhaps these two are in cahoots to destroy the world together?

Possible they do not see eye to eye and if Trump sends bombs into Syria then the Russians will let the bombs fly?

Is this just a Mueller sessions going out the door special.

Really what is the truth here?

Did Assad gas his folks or did the rebels set him up?

Is their little tug boat with them? In case they break down?

Russia says they're going to shoot down as many missiles as possible, and also target the planes and ships that launch those missiles. Russia is also jamming the drones that we have over Syria right now.

Have a safe country...

Thanks for asking.

You wrote the sloppy partisan OP.

There's some free wisdom.

i was genuinely interested in your take on the situation and not so much your take on short comings that you think you perceive in me.

Unsure why you would ask that question. Your source says they are still reviewing the intel and you quoted it as well. I still hope all troops are pulled out even if Syria's government did attack their own citizens. It's not our fight and never was.

Just my two cents, but after visiting the site you linked with the cool photos I'd have to say that they show the Russian ships left port......................exactly what any rational person would expect. The Russians may have alcoholism problems, but they're not so drunk as to want to leave their ships at risk on the eve of a missile attack. I'd have to guess that's pretty much par for the course from the "how to protect your navy" play book.

It's all very doom and gloom here, but sadly for the Russians and their navy, they would be slaughtered in the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean is a sea that is firmly controlled by NATO. For this reason alone, the Russian navy will remain passive and the doom mongers will be disappointed.

Fair enough...

They will quickly learn not to mess with Trump.

He doesn't believe in tit for tat.

He will kick your a$$ and take your gas.
