This ever evolving ever expanding investigation by the Democrats is going to end up biting them, cause what can we expect with the next Democrat president... a special counsel and an endless investigation.

Just when I thought they couldn't invent new ways to spend our money they surprise me once again, with the worst part being so many citizens cheering an investigation that is going to lead us into an ongoing mess in the press that just deepens the divisions...

Didn't you get the memo?

Any investigation into democrats is racist-sexist-islamophobic-white privilege-misogynistic-evil-costly-waste of time-blahblahblah.

I know this isn't going to be a popular answer but if we all just ignored the narrative and didn't put any stock into it then we'd end up winning, at least on the psychological front.

They want us consumed with the drama and intrigue, there's nothing we can do to change any of it because the money pit is far deeper than we could ever dig through.

I personally ignore it unless I read about it on here and want to give my two cents on the whole charade and I feel like I'm more mentally healthy because of it.

When you let negativity consume you then you yourself give off negative energy. Being mad is bad for your health, both mentally and physically and they are constantly throwing bait out there to make us angry and outraged. Plus when you devote mental energy into their narrative you are taking that energy away from other more personal and important issues that actually affect you in the here and now.

So my advice is to basically turn the static off and live your life because whether you pay attention to all of it or not it won't change anything in the long run. Enjoy the time you're given instead of worrying and being angry about things that in the end you have absolutely no control over.

After we saw how the F.B.I. Doctored the FISA Warrant with the Phony Dossier to get a wiretap against the Trump Campaign , we know Now that the FBI can't be Trusted to follow the Letter of the Law when it comes to Americans Civil Rights . What Alleged Evidence did they Present to a Judge to get such a Warrant to go after the Presidents Lawyer ? PEOPLE Wanna Know !

I do have to agree... the level of corruption that continues to be revealed is breathtaking.

And then the FBI just giving the finger to Congress with their records requests...

I just don't see a clear solution that doesn't involve a huge shakeup... a remodeling of the systems in place.

Systems that are intelligence systems that will fight tooth and nail to stay in power.

IF they actually have evidence ill cheerfully eat crow, but nothing I have seen even seems to hint at an actual crime being committed by trump.

Heck I don't even care if he lied about the porn star, he wasn't under oath so in the impeachment realm it doesn't even matter.

Congress hasn't done squat for the people in decades, this is just going to make that inaction even worse...

I think we've long gone past any evidence of innocence or guilt.

The democrats have a rope and they want a hangin'.

I agree with you in principle, as far as being an individual and negativity is concerned.

However, realize that they NEED a passive citizenry to win.

So by turning the other cheek you end up just being raped anyways.

No, there needs to be a way to fight this back in a positive way.

After all, don't you, as a citizen of the US, want it to be a positive place? A positive group of people that want to succeed as a group? That is basically what the country was founded on.

And that is the rub... Progressives have positioned themselves and their ideology to where the only way to go forward is inherently negative (tyranny) but they have sold it as a positive. For the children, no less.

That ideology needs fought, debated, shown for what it actually is.

We can't do that by turning on, tuning out and chilling.

This isn't a Mueller investigation, this is an FBI investigation.

The prosecutors obtained the search warrant after receiving a referral from the special counsel in the Russia investigation, Robert S. Mueller III, according to Mr. Cohen’s lawyer, who called the search “completely inappropriate and unnecessary.” The search does not appear to be directly related to Mr. Mueller’s investigation, but most likely resulted from information that he had uncovered and gave to prosecutors in New York.

FBI got a search warrant. They weren't directed by Mueller.

yup and even though the Republicans want to hang him as well, they will use this as an excuse with the next democrat president to do the same thing and we the people will lose again.

So pissed I just might go have some scotch.

Kind of like Clinton bombing an aspirin factory to get Monica out of the news?

I hadn't thought it through that no matter what he does with Syria, he will be blamed by the press again.

If that is the case, smart move by the progressives, politically.

That is a good example of what needs to be revealed and fought against, the pre-positioning of events to frame the narrative.

I understand that point of view as well, it's a catch-22 for me. I absolutely want America to be a positive pace but I understand that there is no positivity on either side of the political issue right now and positivity starts and ends with your immediate surroundings in my opinion. You can't control anything outside of your daily life in any real or meaningful capacity.

If enough people make their corner of the world positive then the edges will eventually meet. I, personally, do not see anything positive coming from the political charade happening in the media right now and when you let that negativity infect your life then there is no positivity in your corner by default, at least not very much.

ETA: That's the main reason I moved to Montana, to get away from the city and to get out in this beautiful state and explore and take my mind off of everything that the city brought with it. When you're on a mountain trail and hear the wind blowing through the trees and the birds chirping you come to realize that maybe things aren't as bad as the media tries to make them out to be. That's my personal medicine but I know it's different for each person.

Guess you missed the part in the OP that the guy that REFERRED the info to them was Mueller. And what you just posted. So to you, this has nothing to do with Mueller?

Not in his jurisdiction at all and nothing to do with his investigation, but still got done and how much do you want to bet that anything found will be shared with Mueller?

Nice background on your account, btw. Shows an absolute disdain for the USA.

So I'll take your post with the respect that it deserves.

Unless you read the rest of my OP where I was asking people such as yourself... what is this going to end up accomplishing? What is your end game here? What do you get out of it? Is it OK to split the country in two just so that your ideology can post a ... win?

Because once the fabric of this country goes away, there is not going to be any social programs anymore. No "children who don't understand the 2A" marches. No vagina hats.

Just chaos. One you probably will not survive, tbh.

How is that going to work out for you again?

Imagine if Clinton had paid 130 grand to a woman to keep her quiet.

Or Obama, of course, no kind of scandal the humongous size of Trump's ever came near Obama.

Trump's got scandals going a mile a minute

He had probable cause, and and a judge signed off on it. Either Cohen made an illegal in-kind donation to the Trump campaign or he lied and Trump illegally used campaign funds. There are no other possibilities. Either way Cohen is going down, will face huge fines and be disbarred and/or Trumps going with him.

Or it's another BS stretch.

They judge shop and you know it.

Paying someone to go away is not illegal.

This is all distraction from the real criminal acts of the left.

It's all BS and will bite them on the ass.

Where is the crimes?
