Cohen wanted to decide which documents were privileged.

And Kimba shoud recuse herself!

Why?

You've been keeping up, right? You know that she is considering a special master, right? You know that she said so in court yesterday, right?

That's good but not good enough. She obviously has conflicts of
interest, but I am sure Cohen will raise this issue if he hasn't already.

You didn't know that? You're quite the news hound.

She obviously has conflicts of interest,

She does? Is it because she was a bunny trainee for five days while she was in college?

Of course.

It has to do with conflicts of interest. Right?

Well every client Cohen had , Cohen was used to pay off an affair. He was the middleman..

So I think it is fair to speculate he was doing the same thing for hannity he was doing fir every other client..

Hannitys wife should be pissed

Says this lawyer...

ACLU lawyer Brett Max Kaufman agreed with Cohen's lawyers in a blog post

Yup. It's official folks.

The guy officially has an opinion...

1) It was Hannity!

2) Hannity first says, "No, I'm not his client."

3) He gets some advice and then says, "I'm not his client but I might have paid him 10 bucks so anything the feds might have collected about me is privileged."

Hilarious.

I agree a lawyer must have told him that a transaction needed to occur to have atty client privileges. And what ever they talked about he doesn't want it to come to light. Well they called Cohen the fixer wonder what he fixed for him.

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing there might be a non disclosure out there somewhere for this Hannity guy. That's why he declined it at first same reaction Trump had.

I've heard that, in New York, there need be a letter of engagment with an attorney. Not interested enough to go deeper. Can't stop chuckling. It was Hannity!

Good grief.
So many leaps to judgement on something you know zero about.
Par for the course.

SMH, a transaction doesn't need to occur. If the person communicating with the lawyer was seeking legal counsel and believed their communications to be private, it's privileged. If your belief were true, lawyers couldn't offer free consultations, they'd just get raided every week for more convictions.

Very doubtful. Hannity has gone on the record saying it was about real estate. Wild assumptions about payoffs are nothing more than speculation.

That would suggest the only viable time (assuming twitter locations can't be manipulated) would have been his twitter gap between Friday night, Sept. 7th 2016 8PM NY and his twitter fest resumption Monday Morning September 10th 7:30AM in NY. It's a very tight window of very unusual twitter silence. (26 hours car and planes over 36 or so hours) Show me him in NY anytime over that weekend (8th or 9th Sept 2016) and I will call the reporting bunk.

Wait - you found a weekend when he didn't tweet and are pushing that as an indication he was in Prague????

He also didn't tweet from the 19th-22nd August.

Thank you for that!

Last tweet 7:50PM Aug 19th 2016 Manhattan
Next tweet 6:53AM Aug 22nd 2016 (Location Stamp disabled for his few tweets on this day)
then Location stamp back on 4:41AM Aug 24th 2016 (Elizabeth NJ)

I would definitely add that to a viable time frame to be examined.

Why would he go through the steps to disable location reporting on Twitter and then re-enable it?

Jake Tapper's explanation that Cohen was in the US during the last two weeks in August (Tapper forgot to include early Sept as the Dossier did) was largely based on twitter location stamps.

This now makes two large holes in that incomplete assessment.

It would have been helpful if Cohen had just completely accounted for his schedule when questioned by Congress:

" congressional investigators have “a high level of interest” in Cohen’s European travel, with their doubts fueled by what they deem to be weak documentation Cohen has provided about his whereabouts around the time the Prague meeting was supposed to have occurred."

Cohen is a fixer. For lots of people. If you haven't look into his family and his father in law....if you have not you may see the connection they are trying to make. Amazed it is not in the MSM. Look up Felix Sater....
