As I did not address you I am puzzled at your need to set conditions on your replies?

Just a few posts up (last page). Your reply was to me. If you meant to reply to someone else, awesome.

According to FBI regulations unless they changed them ANYTHING written by COmey or a FBI agent in th eline of duty and in official capacities are classified even without being stamped so.

Its the same as th epresident writing a memo. its automatically classified NO MATTER THE CONTENTS.

Flat ass wrong. They have never been classified. That's just some crap you guys made up.
Boentes notes were reviewed and determined not to be classified by the FBI. His notes were identical to Comeys in discussing what Comet said happened almost word for word. . The notes were on Rachel Madows show the other night and the verification from the FBI that they were not classified. Sooo.

the CONTENTS were deemed not classified. NOT THE NOTE ITSELF. If that is the case then all CIA,and Presidential memos are also not classified right?

They are once again running a half truth answer.

THIS is what I mean by FIXER

This wasn't Trump:

President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, facilitated a payment plan totaling $1.6 million last year to a former Playboy model who says she became pregnant by Elliott Broidy, a leading GOP fundraiser, a source tells CNN.

The payment was a personal injury settlement, and included a nondisclosure contract, forbidding the woman from discussing the deal, according to the source, who did not want to be named for fear of retribution. It is not known what type of personal injury claim the woman made.

Keith Davidson, the former attorney for Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, represented the woman, making it the second known "hush money" deal Davidson brokered with Cohen. Both Daniels and McDougal allege they had affairs with Trump and that they were paid to be quiet about those encounters. Trump has denied relationships with both Daniels and McDougal.

The agreement says the model accuses Broidy of being the father, the source said. The woman accusing Broidy has refused to show proof of pregnancy, according to the source, who has reviewed the contract. In the contract, Broidy denied the undefined personal injury claims, the source said.

They reference not just the pregnancy but "personal injury"
plus pregnancy.

Sounds like a rape scenario.

1.6 Million hush money.

this is getting UGLY.

Things are not going well for Cohen. Judge Kimba Wood (Reagan nominee) wasn't buying much of what Cohen's lawyers were selling and demanded that they produce a list of Cohen's clients.

Wood said at Friday’s hearing that she wanted to see the list of Cohen’s clients because Cohen’s attorneys claimed the materials seized in the FBI raid “contain thousands if not millions of documents that are protected by attorney-client privilege,” which the attorneys said would require a special review process.

Wood expressed skepticism earlier in the day Friday about that claim and gave Cohen’s attorneys about an hour to produce some evidence to back it up. Cohen’s lead counsel, Todd Harrison, said he had not actually seen any of the materials that were seized and Cohen himself was not in court Friday to offer any evidence to substantiate the argument.

The latest info is bringing up Davidson too (I mentioned him a few pages back). He's the lawyer that was representing the women who signed NDA's with Trump, but it turns out the guy was actually working with Cohen and on his payroll. He might be in even more serious trouble than Cohen at this point.

Apparently he had few clients. Did no actual legal work.

And he wasn't even in the court.

Jake Tapper from CBB debunked this back in January. It was a different Cohen. The Cohen in question was in California at the time and the alibi checks.
