Reports of airstrike or missile strike on a Syrian base near Homs (Tyias T4 airbase)

Coming across twitter but I have not seen major media reporting it yet. The Pentagon announced they are aware of the reports and are monitoring the situation. They say this is not US forces.

Speculation it may be France or possibly Israel.
