You are back, cool! Rough story, but good that you didn't try to coat it with sugar. In life, sometimes, some things are rough. Now we are all hoping an easier ride for you. Summer is coming and you will have a place to live in. And a wi-fi!

right now i'm unwinding with a drink and watching 'i saw the light'... it's interesting. feels kinda disjointed, though. like it's just skimming along the surface of hank williams' life and dipping in here and there.

sunday imma go see the avengers

Glad to see you are finding your way through the storm.
There is always a light around you and I hope that your darkest days are now in the past.
Your presence was missed (obviously!) and it is good to see your words again, they are like a burst of sunshine.
Love you!

One thing I feel bonds all of us in this world is our suffering.
None of us escape it and all of us share that common unification.

Often we push it away because of our biological imperative to avoid pain and suffering, but I believe that suffering can but curative if voluntarily accepted.

"Moreover, suffering has good qualities" said Master Shantideva. And with a shift of perspective I do believe instead of pushing it away it can be used to grow and develop. It's not easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. It requires a surrendering and acceptance that goes against our nature.

What is the alternative? To constantly battle with what arises naturally for all of us in this world? It exhausts us and can often make us feel defeated.

I also take comfort in knowing we're all in this together. All of us sharing each others' difficulties. We are not alone in our pain and suffering, it's what we all have in common. When I remember this I don't feel so isolated in my pain. It takes me out of the mindset that disconnects me from everyone and I'm able to share with others a tender, compassionate embrace.

For all those suffering, my heart goes into your heart.

Love and a little bit of inappropriate fondling xXx 😁

Here's my youngest (Dougie) all kitted out and ready for his first ever drive in a racing Go-Kart!

He finished 4th in his first race...
Here is the result of his 2nd race... the first time he's ever been Karting! (Showing the lap times on the right.)

Go Team Dougster!

I'm guessing this is the kind of age you need to start not leaving your car keys laying around all casual-like.

Dude...where's my car...?

ETA I've read stories in the press of "little ones" that decide to drive. Some want to run away because they are not allowed popcorn on a Friday, others because they don't like the clothes their parents make them wear. As long as you can touch the pedals...

OMG, Gordi, Dougie is so handsome and... wow, good job on his racing!

Sorry folks, I only had a few sips of coffee and I'm still waking up so...if you'll excuse me for a bit, I'll be out in the garden.

Oh look, must be time for late lunch or early dinner!

You are one insightful, kind, compassionate, funny, poetic sage.
When I first read this I cried it is so nice to be recognized with out judgement. You know what I mean.
The lone wolf is doomed. As you illuded to.

Thank you. And yes the Shed is a pack i humbly subject myself to.

I wrote a lengthy reply the other day that is floating around in space. This must suffice.

They sighted a wolf recently in The Netherlands. The first wolf here for the last 100-150 years or so. Totally wild, just running around all over the place. One wolf. Guess what happened.

Answer: It was hit by a car and died.

Light you are a trooper. This made me cry for several reasons not to be mentioned.
Crying is good in WISworld, it cleanses, tears open new paths.
That song is so me.
Some one said once I had a three feet stay away aura around me.
Thank You, I Bow to You Sir Light

This is an amazing place, that no one can comprehend unless they have truly inhabited it.
