Yes, it is frustrating having bad and good days and never knowing which it will be upon awakening.
Today I just felt good, genuinely good and at peace. I spent a lot of time looking at nature pics, interacting with facebook folks, listened to music
and the birds singing outside my window. I did a lot of thinking about how so many people are filled with hatred, yet others are so filled with love.
The ones who have been through so much yet remaining standing and cheering others on inspire me and give me hope.
I am sorry to hear of your pain. Even with my higher dose of pain med, I still have pain. I refuse to go on any really strong kind of pain meds. The
one I'm on helps, just wish it helped more. I was reading somewhere about stress and its affect on our physical bodies. Of course being hit by a mini
van years ago didn't help, nor does aging. We'll have to suffer through somehow together. I understand how much it sucks.
Your day sounds awesome being out in nature, swimming with the dogs meeting, the geologist and having a wonderful conversation with him. I bet he has
an awesome collection of rocks and gems. Go to his house! LOL
I have a few aquatic plants in my fish tank. I even put some of the baby plants in a jar of water.
Wish you were my neighbor Wister. I would love to sit outside with you enjoying wildlife and nature and what-not. You won't catch me in a bathing suit
though, especially a bikini. I'd frighten even the wildlife away. LOL
Thank you for sharing so much today. I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post.
