It's just an "unbranded" supermarket Speyside but... It's pretty good.

I'll pour you one anyway... and I'll leave what's left in the bottle for you (just in case)... might not be much though....

What ever you can spare mate. To share a toast with a friend is a reward in itself. Any way, my imagination has enough to go around for the whole Shed.
Cheers to your health and happiness.

What I have been watching the past few days. Finally, a tv series worth my time.

Is that HUMANS Series one? as Troll would say... IT IS GOOD!
We're on Series 3 now in the UK, and it's still pretty good.
Well worth a watch.

G

Yes, it looks like that trailer was for series (season) one. I've watched all three this week. I don't know if there will be a 4th series or not but all I can do is wish, wish, wish.

Scottish killer rabbits. Run away, run away! (Monty Python for those that don't get it, Quest For The Holy Grail)

Yes, those rabbits bring back nightmares from my youth.

For those of you who have not had the pleasure of experiencing the wrath of the killer rabbits, I present the following...

Today's movie - "American Folk"

It's a story about two strangers, who happen to both be folk musicians of sorts, making their way from LA to New York on 9/11 after their plane was grounded. As they make there away across America's backroads in an old van they meet an assortment of people that remind them (and us) that we are all in this together.

It's a low key and low budget movie but worth the watch on a rainy day.

Reminds me a bit of a road trip I took from Houston TX to Danbury CT and back through Indianapolis in '97.

Not from the movie but appropriate enough for this thread.

Today's movie - "American Folk"....

We had a good laugh at the gig last night.
Our style of music is doing quite rootsy, folk-oriented versions of songs from other genres (Rock, Country, Pop - even cheesey Disco!) and whilst explaining this to our audience I managed to get in the line that we "folk-up" a lot of different songs!!! (hmmm this might just be funny in my accent though.... LOL!)
