INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A knife-wielding man injured three people in an attack in downtown Indianapolis after being told to stop playing a siren on a bullhorn, authorities said Sunday.

Four people, including the suspect, were hospitalized after the attack Saturday afternoon on the American Legion Mall and outside the Central Library located across the street. Two were in critical condition and two in serious condition, Indianapolis Fire Department Battalion Chief Rita Reith said.

A knife, a lunatic and a bullhorn walked into a bar, the bartender said "sorry, we don't allow guns in here", the lunatic said, "correct - that's why I've got a knife, because a knife is also an inanimate object that when in the hands of a lunatic, can severely injure or kill and I want everyone to tolerate my bullhorn - or they get the knife". Bartender calls security and the lunatic stabs as many as possible before being taken down....

Moral of the story?

Ignore the mental state of the lunatic - focus on band-aid solutions that warrant a reduction in freedoms.

It must have been a fire sale because spectators said the bullhorn had a loud siren attached.

Like the UK, perhaps the US will try to begin passing stringent knife-control laws...

Note to self, ignore the random individual being obnoxiously annoying in public for no reason. Avoid contact and just keep on walking, you play the bullhorn little buddy you play it.

In all other threads: Using people being shot to push a certain gun narrative.

If its good enough for the goose, it's good enough for the gander.

The guy was trying to prove knives are just as deadly as guns.

This is just another result of mainstreaming lunatics. We don't want to hurt the feelings of crazies so we will put them on the street and let everybody accommodate them while pretending that they are normal folk.

London fever strikes again.
The world has gone stab-happy.
Can't say as I have ever seen a particularly sane person with a bullhorn before.
It's always the psycho trying to goad the crowd in to doing stuff they're too scared to do themselves.

Or it's just as hypocritical in either scenario. Notice how I didn't specify a particular side of the issue, I was referring to both.

What do we use as a benchmark, how do we qualify who's crazy and about to act out?

Well he failed then, as no one died. Not really deadly, then, is it.

Knives are deadly, just not as deadly as a guns can be, we all know this, well except for those die hards that can't handle reality.
