You really do not want to try it. I had to eat it to fit in when I was a kid, but did not like it at all.

I had some snails down in Florida in a Korean restaurant one time. Most of the fish on the platter was raw. I don't care for anything raw unless salted. I didn't care at all for the snails even though they were cooked. I don't mind eating cooked earthworms when properly prepared. I know someone who used to cook them. I helped to clean the worms and the dish looked like pasta. It did have a little earthy taste but was really good. I think lobster is really overpriced for what you get, a bullhead has meat about the same type as in lobster. Actually, a bullhead sort of looks like a lobster without claws. My grandfather liked eating bullheads, same rubber meat as lobster. But a bullhead, just like a lobster, should come from a clean lake, they are bottom feeders and absorb pollution from polluted waters. I see that most of the lobsters harvested now seem to come from polluted waters, same with the shrimp. I do like shrimp though.

Rotted is considered cured, but I don't care for rotted fish. I do like a few homemade Italian sausage types that are cured by hanging in a cool room for months, but I would rather eat ones that are cooked. Smoked fish is good, so is smoked beef Jerky and even smoked heart jerky. I made a beef heart into smoked beef jerky and brought it down to the autobody shop where a bunch of us hung around many years ago. Three pounds of jerky disappeared in a couple of hours, the guys ate some and left and came back with more guys and polished it all up.

No more woodchuck though.

Yep. Agree. Sometimes those who do the complaining are the biggest offenders.

Comments should stay on the subject, witty or not, and totally avoid personal insults. We don't really know any of these posters personally so subject matters.

I admit to being too thin skinned at times and especially "hurt" when a poster I admire just shreds me with personal insults-especially when unwarranted just because they disagree with my commentary.

I am passionate about certain subjects, and there are those here who can kid, entertain or make me see a different side-but those, and unfortunately like the op, can be especially negative and caustic.

So if i disagree with you i get free food? Well in that case, I whole heartedly disagree with you. Where are we going for dinner?
