Today, President Trump signed a memo to immediately terminate the Obama Era "CATCH and RELEASE" practices.

President Trump signed a directive Friday ordering the government to end the so-called “catch-and-release” policy at the border, moving to combat what the administration says is a growing “crisis” of illegal immigration.

He called for illegal immigrants nabbed at the border to be held in custody, to the fullest extent possible. He also ordered more asylum officers to head to detention centers so they can rule on cases faster, calculating that if they can clear the cases they can send undeserving migrants home without having to release them.

I heard that Attorney General Jeff Sessions just ordered a "shoot on sight" zero tolerance policy against people entering the U.S. illegally, along the Southwest border, around southern California and Arizona. (Jerry Brown and McCain-Flake territory.)

Didn't the Trump Administration/DHS change the "Catch and Release" rules, about 2 weeks ago? The WSJ is reporting that migrants in the caravans are bringing children with them, solely to take advantage of catch-and-release.

....its not just the liberals. Obama deported a hell of a lot of people. And Bush started the whole Gunwalker drama.

We keep doing this but then we do not start a work visa program to legally replace illegals while enforcing heavy fines on any business that uses illegals. I call it human trafficking and taking advantage of a class of people.

I wonder how many people on the left feel bad to get their cheaper fruit and veggies while we have almost slave labor picking them, add in unstoppable sex trafficking, drugs, crime and so on. About two years ago where I live a illegal ran two young girls over with her car... If she wasn't here those girls would be alive today...

And do you blame spoons for making people fat? Do you blame pens for spelling mistakes?

Criminals commit crimes. Guns don’t.

And guns especially don’t commit crimes when they’re in the hands of NRA members.

As long as the Administration/USA focuses on weeding out the violent ones, American lives will be saved.

And probably more importantly, building a DEEP wall will significantly reduce the influx of many drugs. Those drugs are responsible for many many deaths of U.S. citizens.

A GUN is easy to identify and attempt to ban. Humankind doesn't yet know how to instill morality in people who lack it.
