Define warm? Northern California can be chilly, etc. Might want to check out Florida for the warm beach water.

Warmer than where I am in Britain, Max in Summer here is 26C ish, coldest winter -3C ish.
Actually had snow twice this winter, haven't seen that for years.

Seems a fortune, average graduates in the UK hover around the 25 grand figure, even nurses with a degree only start at 22 grand, mates son has just graduated and started as one.
