Do you really not think through the process? Who's to say that the first shot wasn't in the side from a bladed-stanced suspect? Upon firing or flinching from impact or sound, who's to say that the suspect didnt turn his back in reaction to the circumstances? Newsflash, furtive movements and shooting stances will bring lethal force. There are plenty of videos out there that prove this and is justified. Not to mention if two officers fired within a time frame, 3 or 4 shots from each at 10 feet can be done in seconds during, while, and as he is on the ground. Keep in mind about the dead man's last 10 seconds is always in effect once shots are fired. Google that phrase. I see nothing wrong from the body cams in conjunction with the aerial footage and believe the shooting is justified. Enough of the bias postings without a full investigation.

Also remember that officers are judged from the perspective of what another officer knew at the time, presented in that same situation while what is reasonable and necessary actions in those seconds of decision. Not your Monday morning quarterbacking from your internet lawyer chair.

Yes i also pointed that out in a post not far from the op.
It kinda indicates that if the first shot was indeed to the back side of the neck then it is possible and likely he was sideways from the kill squad.
To bad the video is not clear enough to see or else things may not be so heated in sacremento but even then there are still many questions like why chase a perp into a back yard for simple vandalism anyhow? How come they did not notice the white cell phone when they gave the inaccurate order to show hands instead of put up your hands? Several other points that need addressing by the investigators like where is the crowbar that was reported to the ground crew.

I heard a caller to a show the other day say if an officer pulls you over and tells you to cluck like a chicken then cluck like a chicken. It just does not seem right. If they keep this up then the ole obama era pigs fly will come back around. I do not know of anyone that wants this to escalate any further.

How ever if anyone else reading this has some time and skills to show the perps location before and during the first shot without showing the complete murder then it would be super awesome if indeed it shows what this user is insinuating.

If there is something you seen in the video that needs to be seen then at least tell us at what time stamp the evidence is at so that others may also benefit from the peace of mind you seem to be showing over having fellow leo's career on the line. It's the video of the shooting. It doesn't really need to be more specific than that, because the video of the shooting is pretty pertinent to the shooting.
