Well guess what? People never have and never will uphold that standard. No religion has nor ever will. Truth comes from within, not without. You can only suck up for so long to your owners before reality hits you where it hurts, your heart. That's when you really wake up and realize it's all #.

Deflection is what people have been doing for thousands of years, which is the staple of your belief. I think if anyone's been deflecting, it's humanity of their right to be free of bondage to another's whip.
