Again peep i do not just post stuff i make up and my statement that it gives probable cause is indeed testable. Present yoself in front of the law messed up and see if they react.

They are trained too look for such.

In the event of such they would be able to inquire if she is on any meds and if the answer is no then bam that is there way in.

This “case” does not hinge upon whether or not Ms. Daniels had sex with Trump just after his wife gave birth to Trump’s child; sleazy as that is for both Daniels and Trump.

The sex doesn’t matter.

What ACTUALLY matters is whether or not Ms. Daniels was subsequently paid for her silence regarding the assignation...

Using Trump campaign funds OR funds authorized BY the Trump campaign.

Either action would be a violation of the law.

Attempting to obstruct that violation by imposing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) could be charged as an attempt to obstruct and/or collude in the obstruction of justice.

And, as I previously pointed out, it is yet unclear whether Trump was the actual owner of the LLC that paid Ms. Daniels, a member/partner of the LLC, or the LLC’s client.

Each of those possible relationships has implications for Mr. Trump.

Lastly, if, as I pointed out previously, the LLC was not properly formed, or reported, the claim by the Trump administration and their attorney that Ms. Daniels is violation of the NDA contract could very well be a moot point in that the contract referred to may very well have been invalid.

Discredit Ms. Daniels all you want, if Trump is shown to have had any connection to that NDA, valid or not, it is that connection that will sink him, not Ms. Daniels, or her alleged pupils.

And for that, Donny has his attorney to thank.
