Who gives a # if she was high?

It don't believe that would discredit her at all. Loads of people take medications that dilate pupils. Amphetamines. Ritaline, adderall...etc.

And loads of people take coke.

But that doesn't change the facts, which are about to come out.

She is now willing to accept a settlement.

For what? She's the one who breached the agreement she signed.

Currency

At this point it is a matter of adding up the currency it will take to continue to battle against the ice queen and then offer her a bit less than that amount and be done.

She agreed to settle related disputes in arbitration when she signed the NDA, and I am pretty confident that's where it's headed.

On that note, Stormy's motion to depose Trump was denied, today, because 'Essential Consultants, LLC" has not yet filed their motion to remove the case to arbitration and the judge says he is expecting it very soon.

The fact is, Stormy has breached the agreement so many times (and at $1 million per breach), it only makes sense that the judge sends it to arbitration since Trump and Cohen want that anyway.

Pretty sure the lawyer breached the agreement when he went public admitting he paid and then went on to make claims that they didn't have an affair.

It is one thing if he simply said there was a payment, but he went ahead and made claims about what transpired.

The whole thing is in legal limbo now and it was probably smart of her to go public once her safety had been threatened. Better to be in legal trouble and alive than stay secretive and wind up dead. Now if she has a sudden accident all fingers will point to team trump.

CNN really had their hopes up that President Trump would be forced to depose. What's depose?

Trump's lawyer?

He wasn't a party to the agreement.

Honestly, if you are getting a huge whiff of something very dirty going on, here, and want to follow the most compelling lead, IMO you should consider that many tens of millions of tax-free settlement dollars are on the table.

Every time Stormy's lawyer goes on TV and reminds the public that he has advised his client that she is not bound by the NDA that they signed, it's another guarantee that Stormy's liability insurer will pay out to Trump *believing* she had a good faith reason to think that the Agreement was not valid.

But, it is valid.

Read the NDA and the 'Side Letter,' if you haven't yet.
