That's actually a fair point.

I would but honestly I'm not a very eloquent person and even less so past 11 o'clock in the evening. My feeble mind cannot describe the visual patterns I see in those cumuli.

Well nature can do anything can't it even make lights in Phoenix I guess. But Bad russians fits the agenda more. Wish I could see them from here (I mean the lights)

Almost looks like dispersed contrails at a high level. If it's not clouds maybe some high altitude flying by something ?

Looks like someone is doing some sort of experimentation with a rocket around there. Does NASA have a base near there?

Formed by rocket test? No doubt it's a cloud formation at a high altitude. It was seen all the way from Phoenix to SoCal.

I also did see something about a Trident II test off the coast of southern Cali. Maybe that's it.
