And...
The investigation is not costing a million plus a month.
Last figures from Dec put it at about 3.5 million. That was for a seven month period.

You know the funny thing as well? There are law firms abound out there that would have no qualms representing Satan himself for the right price.. The major gripe for many of these Lawyers, Trump can't be tolerated. Doesn't take advice, goes in guns blazing. So in part there's no 'fear' in representing Trump against Mueller. Trump is doing this to himself.

Truly, it's Trump himself-his own worst enemy.
so has been any politician , businessman, general or average go...so?
Anyone can tell that he's a loose cannon and refuses to shut up.
So are alot of other people at any one time....does for example senator palosi ring a bell?
He's such an unknown client-with women popping up
Sigh yes alot of ACCUSATIONS....but what PROOF?
remember all the promises of the lawsuits that were gonna come if he was elected by women accusing everything including rape?
what you got...one or two POSSIBLE CONSENSUAL relationship that did not involve being an underling or intern.
Even one of those said (outside of being married) was a kind man that treated me with respect.
but again NO FACTS AT THIS TIME.
and videos and crazy twitters
crazy if you dont like him, good if you do...in either case OPINIONS.....not illegal or wrong
and constant revolving doors.
What does that mean?
There's no guarantees of job security or even respect.
Really? Seems he has hired (for example) more women than hillory or anyone in DNC in high positions...
In fact any women questioned says they love working for trump and they have had their jobs for a while...or did you miss that fact.
Trump thinks he's the smartest man in the room.
Given he has had more successful businesses (main stream press even stated only 4 BUSINESS BANKRUPTCIES out of over 200+ businesses he is involved it), no PERSONAL BANKRUPTCIES (look up the difference if you cant figure out business and personal) , and is more successful than you or I.
makes more than all the posters on ATS combined.
was also elected president.
so by those points he can claim that.
There's only one person he'll listen to-Ivanka-daddy's girl and true love of his life-and that's a bit uh-hmm.... unusual.
wow listens to family over political pundits, the press and you
has pet name for wife.
yes thats so "unusual"
No attorney wants to dip their big toe into that mess.
Um he as attorney representing him and one prominent that didnt (another thread on ATS) said would be an honor but had another client scheduling conflict.
but hey why let FACTS get in way of this comment
But for the right price....now, we're talking Trump.
right price on what....oh thats right you dont need to elaborate if its anti trump.
And God Bless, help and keep that person's soul safe.

Ted Olson Quickly Rejected Offer To Join Trump Legal Team
Two big shot lawyers rejected the request of the Trump defense team to defend him.
One of the top lawyers in the country the mouthpiece who won the famous Gore versus Bush election case, Ted Olsen--quickly rejected the offer.
Olson said Monday in a television appearance on MSNBC that the White House appeared to be in regular “turmoil” and “chaos” with a new departure and White House shake-up every other day. “This seems to be beyond normal,” Olson said.
Another top Republican mouthpiece from the Midwest also rejected the offer to defend the president.
Prominent lawyer refuses to represent Trump in Russia probe
A prominent Chicago defense attorney said Monday that he had declined an invitation to lead President Donald Trump’s legal team responding to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, underscoring the president’s difficulty in attracting top legal talent to represent him in the probe. Dan Webb, a Republican, is a former U.S. attorney for Illinois and a corporate and white-collar-defense lawyer for the firm Winston and Strawn.
These are big shot lawyers; they call them white shoe lawyers, the term that tells you they make the most money.
Here, obviously, Trump’s own antics make it hard for top lawyers to defend him. They can besmirch their reputations with a client like Trump.

The question is, how is it working out for you?
A fence instead of a wall.
well if you were awake in government class you know he can propose the wall ----which he did
but its the CONGRESS and SENATE that has to approve the funds.
He has even offered to sign DACA legislation to let them stay if he got in advance funding for the wall
the DEMOCRATS rejected it...or did you forget that as well.
BTW you do know that they are still testing designs right?
No real change in healthcare.
Yes...again he has proposed changes that the democrats (and some republicans) have fought.
so we still have broken obama care...
Big tax breaks for the really wealthy.
sigh...so I guess the increase in my paycheck due to less taxes is all a "right wing conspiracy"?
This statement is so EASILY DISPROVED WITH FACTS that you even making it shows desperation
A President who can not even hire a decent lawyer to defend himself.
Ok got PROOF his lawyers are "not decent"?
Someone who golfs a ton more than Obama did.
hmmm really?
sigh
Someone who spends money worse than any Dem I know.
Um you do know that the CONGRESS and SENATE passed the continued budgets...all a president can do is veto or approve them..
again government 101
And so on.
Actually Trump is working out fine. LOVED THE OMNIBUS BILL. THANKS TRUMP!
really?
so the main stream press (save the faux news talking point) saying he disapproved of it and called out the democrats for not putting anything in it for DACA was all made up?

Wow. You know how to cut and paste. Who all did you mishmash my comments with?
And you are defending Trump? With everything we knew about him before and now after he is president?
Since you are so interested "how that worked out for me"-my choice didn't win-and I'm not talking Hillary.
And, most of my fears about Trump, have come true-and then some. The gift that keeps on giving.

No.
These lawyers aren't stupid.
Who wants to work for a client who:
1. Doesn't Pay
Care to back this point up with some FACTS he IS NOT PAYING his lawyers?
2. Doesn't follow legal advise
Sigh again proof of this?
for sake of argument suppose he didnt?
are you his lawyer and can tell us what advice it was and why it was so good?
if advice is bad why would anyone follow it?
3. Is likely guilty as sin
what PROOF do you have of this?
if you have PROOF then why are you not at special prosecutors office giving it?
Its a trifecta of ridiculousness. It is no surprise whatsoever why no sane lawyer wants to touch him with a 10 foot pole.
