Once again you link an Opinion Editorial and claim it's news. Don't you know to look at the top of the page to see what section the article is in?
This isn't a news article it's someone opinion.
Muellers team is marching forward just fine.

And...
The investigation is not costing a million plus a month.
Last figures from Dec put it at about 3.5 million. That was for a seven month period.

$1.7 million for salary and benefits. About $1.2 million went to DOJ employees who have worked on the probe.$733,969 for office equipment.$2,800 for travel.$157,339 for a variety of contractual services, including $111,245 for information technology, $17,217 for building services and $24,456 for transcription work.

Hey morning Sunshine.
It's not my claim. I just reported the circumstance of why Webb can't represent trump. ( I actually said Webb said it would be an honor ...)

You start every day with guns blazing?
I really trigger you don't I?
Some coffee and a piece of toast with jelly should set you right.

You do realize the government people would be getting paid no matter what case they were investigating right? It's their regular daytime job they did last year and the year before that and the year before that. They were not hired just for this investigation. The specialists are added staff but most are government workers who would be getting the same paycheck investigation Joe Blow as they are getting investigating trump.

These are big shot lawyers; they call them white shoe lawyers, the term that tells you they make the most money.

Its the term "White Shoe Lawyers" that brought me here, never heard that term before, is that similar to White Collar and Blue Collar jobs (used to distinguish between Administration Jobs and Labour Jobs, wages, skill levels etc)

Maybe if the President paid his legal bills, these people would be willing to work for him. He even rips off his lawyers.

Nobody wants to take on a loser. It's not good for their reputations.

Trumps so smart, let him represent himself. After all, he has the best brain.

To be fair, neither did the President of the United States.

We still have not seen his financials, we still have no idea where he keeps his debts or to whom he owes them, and the empire he possesses is still under his control, albeit remotely, by way of members of his broken, degenerate clone family.

You know the funny thing as well? There are law firms abound out there that would have no qualms representing Satan himself for the right price.. The major gripe for many of these Lawyers, Trump can't be tolerated. Doesn't take advice, goes in guns blazing. So in part there's no 'fear' in representing Trump against Mueller. Trump is doing this to himself.

Im sorry but where are you getting the reasons you claim are facts in above post.
I checked the OP article...not there
I did a google search....outside of PRESUMPTIONS, ASSUMPTIONS, AND OPINIONS I found no HARD FACTS.

so where o proven , spin information, cherry pick and outright lie when its about trump is your FACTS?

Because just because you rabidly hate trump does not make your comment fact..

Truly, it's Trump himself-his own worst enemy.

Anyone can tell that he's a loose cannon and refuses to shut up. He's such an unknown client-with women popping up and videos and crazy twitters and constant revolving doors.

There's no guarantees of job security or even respect. Trump thinks he's the smartest man in the room.

There's only one person he'll listen to-Ivanka-daddy's girl and true love of his life-and that's a bit uh-hmm.... unusual.

No attorney wants to dip their big toe into that mess. But for the right price....now, we're talking Trump.

And God Bless, help and keep that person's soul safe.

Truly, it's Trump himself-his own worst enemy.

so has been any politician , businessman, general or average go...so?

Anyone can tell that he's a loose cannon and refuses to shut up.

So are alot of other people at any one time....does for example senator palosi ring a bell?

He's such an unknown client-with women popping up

Sigh yes alot of ACCUSATIONS....but what PROOF?
remember all the promises of the lawsuits that were gonna come if he was elected by women accusing everything including rape?
what you got...one or two POSSIBLE CONSENSUAL relationship that did not involve being an underling or intern.
Even one of those said (outside of being married) was a kind man that treated me with respect.
but again NO FACTS AT THIS TIME.

and videos and crazy twitters

crazy if you dont like him, good if you do...in either case OPINIONS.....not illegal or wrong

and constant revolving doors.

What does that mean?

There's no guarantees of job security or even respect.

Really? Seems he has hired (for example) more women than hillory or anyone in DNC in high positions...
In fact any women questioned says they love working for trump and they have had their jobs for a while...or did you miss that fact.

Trump thinks he's the smartest man in the room.

Given he has had more successful businesses (main stream press even stated only 4 BUSINESS BANKRUPTCIES out of over 200+ businesses he is involved it), no PERSONAL BANKRUPTCIES (look up the difference if you cant figure out business and personal) , and is more successful than you or I.
makes more than all the posters on ATS combined.
was also elected president.
so by those points he can claim that.

There's only one person he'll listen to-Ivanka-daddy's girl and true love of his life-and that's a bit uh-hmm.... unusual.

wow listens to family over political pundits, the press and you
has pet name for wife.
yes thats so "unusual"

No attorney wants to dip their big toe into that mess.

Um he as attorney representing him and one prominent that didnt (another thread on ATS) said would be an honor but had another client scheduling conflict.
but hey why let FACTS get in way of this comment

But for the right price....now, we're talking Trump.

right price on what....oh thats right you dont need to elaborate if its anti trump.

And God Bless, help and keep that person's soul safe.

So in your whole rant all you did was regurgitate anti trump propaganda.
same things repeated over and over during the campaign.

so tell me ...how that work out for you?

The question is, how is it working out for you?

A fence instead of a wall.

No real change in healthcare.

Big tax breaks for the really wealthy.

A President who can not even hire a decent lawyer to defend himself.

Someone who golfs a ton more than Obama did.

Someone who spends money worse than any Dem I know.

And so on.

Actually Trump is working out fine. LOVED THE OMNIBUS BILL. THANKS TRUMP!

Wow. You know how to cut and paste. Who all did you mishmash my comments with?

And you are defending Trump? With everything we knew about him before and now after he is president?

Since you are so interested "how that worked out for me"-my choice didn't win-and I'm not talking Hillary.

And, most of my fears about Trump, have come true-and then some. The gift that keeps on giving.

Ted Olson Quickly Rejected Offer To Join Trump Legal Team

Two big shot lawyers rejected the request of the Trump defense team to defend him.

One of the top lawyers in the country the mouthpiece who won the famous Gore versus Bush election case, Ted Olsen--quickly rejected the offer.

Olson said Monday in a television appearance on MSNBC that the White House appeared to be in regular “turmoil” and “chaos” with a new departure and White House shake-up every other day. “This seems to be beyond normal,” Olson said.

Another top Republican mouthpiece from the Midwest also rejected the offer to defend the president.

Prominent lawyer refuses to represent Trump in Russia probe

A prominent Chicago defense attorney said Monday that he had declined an invitation to lead President Donald Trump’s legal team responding to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, underscoring the president’s difficulty in attracting top legal talent to represent him in the probe. Dan Webb, a Republican, is a former U.S. attorney for Illinois and a corporate and white-collar-defense lawyer for the firm Winston and Strawn.

These are big shot lawyers; they call them white shoe lawyers, the term that tells you they make the most money.

Here, obviously, Trump’s own antics make it hard for top lawyers to defend him. They can besmirch their reputations with a client like Trump.

"White shoe lawyers" What a racist..

No.

These lawyers aren't stupid.

Who wants to work for a client who:

1. Doesn't Pay
2. Doesn't follow legal advise
3. Is likely guilty as sin

Its a trifecta of ridiculousness. It is no surprise whatsoever why no sane lawyer wants to touch him with a 10 foot pole.

The question is, how is it working out for you?

A fence instead of a wall.

well if you were awake in government class you know he can propose the wall ----which he did
but its the CONGRESS and SENATE that has to approve the funds.
He has even offered to sign DACA legislation to let them stay if he got in advance funding for the wall
the DEMOCRATS rejected it...or did you forget that as well.
BTW you do know that they are still testing designs right?

No real change in healthcare.

Yes...again he has proposed changes that the democrats (and some republicans) have fought.
so we still have broken obama care...

Big tax breaks for the really wealthy.

sigh...so I guess the increase in my paycheck due to less taxes is all a "right wing conspiracy"?
This statement is so EASILY DISPROVED WITH FACTS that you even making it shows desperation

A President who can not even hire a decent lawyer to defend himself.

Ok got PROOF his lawyers are "not decent"?

Someone who golfs a ton more than Obama did.

hmmm really?
sigh

Someone who spends money worse than any Dem I know.

Um you do know that the CONGRESS and SENATE passed the continued budgets...all a president can do is veto or approve them..
again government 101

And so on.

Actually Trump is working out fine. LOVED THE OMNIBUS BILL. THANKS TRUMP!

really?
so the main stream press (save the faux news talking point) saying he disapproved of it and called out the democrats for not putting anything in it for DACA was all made up?

Text Red

sigh....propaganda repeater you are

ahhh the "cut and paste" comment instead of addressing SPECIFICALLY what I said .

I guess in your mind addressing EACH POINT individually is cut and paste.

too bad your reality does not translate into fact.

but EXACTLY WHAT do we "know" about him in your mind?

I would ask you to be specific, but I suspect any answer will be "cut and paste" in your mind.

BTW if your fears are more money in most peoples (yes both rich and non rich) pocket, NK is coming to the bargaining table without us having to give them money, and that countries that were facing tariffs are starting to negotiate......
HELL YES bring on more of your fears...

Care to back this point up with some FACTS he IS NOT PAYING his lawyers?

2. Doesn't follow legal advise

Sigh again proof of this?
for sake of argument suppose he didnt?
are you his lawyer and can tell us what advice it was and why it was so good?
if advice is bad why would anyone follow it?

3. Is likely guilty as sin

what PROOF do you have of this?
if you have PROOF then why are you not at special prosecutors office giving it?

Its a trifecta of ridiculousness. It is no surprise whatsoever why no sane lawyer wants to touch him with a 10 foot pole.

yes no lawyer wants to "touch him with a 10 foot pole"
guess the lawyers he has are all made up?

wow I dont know if I want to laugh or pitty you at your anti trump propaganda.
