The problem here is that the legal fiction strains credulity. I think acknowledging that when referencing it would at least lend credibility to the argument.

Because really....why anyone cares would relate mostly to the "chuckle" factor.

Cohen did say where it originated from. From himself.

Er,
Actually he used lawyer speak, he said made the payment out of his funds to,'facilitate' payment.

Facilitate.... make, (an action or process) easy or easier.....
No reason to say anything in that way...or is there?
Now, I don't think Mueller would miss that, he ain't like Cohen who appears to be someone more used to shooting crows in New York.

Right. As the Federal statute says, it is also unlawful to solicit or otherwise provide disbursements to foreign individuals for this purpose. GPS/Clinton broke the law by doing so.

Steele also broke the law by 1) being a foreign national and 2) contributing "some other thing of value" to a US election

Mueller has done nothing but tag some Russian trolls with BS charges that would never hold water (he knows they'll never stand trial) and a handful of Iranians for theft of data from universities.

Hence why RosenCRIME was pretending he was J Sessions ('acting' AG vs. real/qualified AG appointed by POTUS)

The DOJ Inspector General, and the secret Special Counsel appointed by Jeff Sessions, will stun the world with their findings.

I have been "foaming at the mouth" for IG report, and have been suspecting this wouldn't be the last time we heard from Hon. Mike Horowitz. And it makes perfect sense for Jeff Sessions to appoint a special counsel (especially in secret, for now) because Rosencrime's scope for Mueller is expansive (and seemingly eliminated J. Sessions from day-to-day AG role at one point). Given the highly unusual circumstances and that nothing less than our country's soul is on the line, I would not be the slightest bit shocked by any of this.

I have hope though. That patriots and those who love freedom will always unite under the only label that has ever mattered: "We the people, opposing tyranny"

Hilarious,

BTW tell that to Donald, (bring it on) junior...when he thought he was getting OR dirt on Clinton...from a foreign, hostile aka Russia.

Come to think of it, Donald Jnr could fall into the Federal code of 'Crminal Collusion'

Trump worked *with* the Russians to dig up dirt on Hillary

The Steele dossier was espionage *against* the Russians, first paid for by Republicans

These are on opposite ends of a spectrum

Wrong.

The FBI published they had her deleted emails long before any *bait* meetings were "arranged".

That alone gave enough "dirt" on ol' Hillary.

Trump's people were actually gathering evidence and it has worked magnificently 😎
