You can not trust ATS members to report urgent news stories

I am truly disappointed in the ATS familie's lack of concern to report the most urgent news stories of the day. This has been all over the MSM for at least a week and now that the story is officially out no one here has bothered to inform the ATS public about what has been reported by the MSM so I'll scoop this story here on ATS.

Stormy Daniels says threats kept her quiet about alleged Trump affair until now

Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress who alleges that she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006, says that she was threatened for attempting to tell her story publicly and accepted money through a Trump attorney to remain silent because she was scared for her family. In a much-anticipated “60 Minutes” interview, Daniels said she believed she was doing the right thing when she accepted $130,000 from a company linked to Trump attorney Michael Cohen to stay quiet. The hush agreement allowed her to protect her career and her family, she said, according to a transcript of the show.

ATS members should rise up and protest the lack of reporting here of important news such as this.

Or Stormy pornstar can be the virtue signaling advocate for morality now since she is innocent in this whole issue. We need adult film stars telling the general public what not to do and how we can live better knowing this story...

In my own small opinion. I'm sick of seeing Trump v Stormy | Trump v Democrats | Trump v EVERYTHING. When is it enough?

As far as your topic of choice, I don't really have much concern on the subject either.

She took the money and is now crying foul how long after... screams of attention seeking to me.

This is nothing but mud-slinging, as it has little effect on the grand scheme of things and serves as only a distraction for the masses. Bread and circuses come to mind here.

So no, my opinion differs from yours, this is NOT one of the leading stories of the week and belongs on a tabloid page at the grocery store, not the front page of anything.

Maybe I am missing something and didn’t watch the segment yesterday. But I fail to see this as most urgent and demands my attention. I don’t like Trump but this is stupid IMO. I don’t care what personal sexual affairs he had in the past. 60 could have not wasted their time and covered a story from Syria.

I agree with you 100%. This issue goes to show just how desperate far left MSM is to try to get anything to stick on Trump.

ATS has broken many news stories long before they ever showed on network news.

We have people on the ground around the world who report to ATS what is happening. I trust ATS for news more than any other source.

I downgraded my satellite programming the other day and CNN and MSNBC are the 2 only cable news channels on the basic programming package. Even then, I will not watch their garbage. Here is where I get most of my news any more.

You are spot on about that. I have seen reports here that mysteriously show up on actual news sites 2 or 3 days later. That's one reason one of my first stops is right here.

Slick Willy lied under oath. That's what got him in hot water. If he had admitted infidelity and publicly apologized it would not have haunted him for so long but the lying nature was just too strong in him. He got it naturally, from his wife.

not even that holds water when so many members of trump's initial administration not to mention his family have been found to have lied under oath and on the forms for security clearances that are signed as being truthful under penalty of perjury. not to mention trump has to be one of the biggest liars to hold the office of the president!
