I can only imagine the hell of flying cattle class for that duration.

Agreed. Maybe they issue sedatives, or hide them in the bag of peanuts.

Fall asleep and wake up a world away.

No lag time at all.

i have about 2 months of work(realistly like 3) but for sure, there are a few Aussie's on ATS i have come to learn. I was thinking about going and checking out New Zealand but to be honest the few people i met from there were nice but kind of odd.

Struth, thought they'd been doing that years ago, mate.

I thought they used to be non stop flights and changed it to two separate flights, change at Malaysia/Singapore. So your bumhole doesn't heal over.

You live and learn.

Oh that's just New Zealanders, trust me they are harmless and very nice (except when it comes to Rugby or maybe cricket against Australia), and the country is ridiculously spectacular in places.

The grocery store is a challenge with a two year old. I don't envy you. Lol.
It's rough on the little ones when it's a strange environment or even just a change in their routine.

Longest flight I do is Manila to London and that is about 14 hours, I think anymore I would stab myself in the neck with a pencil,..

I know the economics of this next situation would not work with the current need to be dependant on oil but I honestly would have thought we would have had commercial airline travel that meant mach speeds by now.. Sadly Concorde was the end of that.

Lets hope Musk can pull something out his ass to get us around the globe in a matter of minutes rather than hours. A pipe dream granted but I can wish..

I want to stab myself in the neck after a 3 hour flight right in my sardine can plane seat. I will wish for it with you.

hey man what's wrong with Perth

We're not part of Australia. We're that little city that the rest of Australia thinks is an island on the far west coast. Like Tasmania, only less important to them.

I went to Melbourne once, and went to a deli (they didn't even call them delis) and when I said so, they asked if I was from the outback.

Philistines...
