If Conditt was such a 'heavy duty christian' shouldn't his targets been abortion clinics?

Or Mosques...

Kind of wish they would just destroy each other already....Organized Religion that is.

Yeah, so why don't you take your own advice?

Your husband know you are here?

Foer the record, it is very important that this mans motivations is looked into.

If that means his religion which may be christianity, so be it.

If that means his politics and he is a trump supporter, so be it.

I unlike others, will not downplay or want motivations covered up because they happen to be things close to me.

So, was he careless? Was he stupid?

Or, does the FBI have resources available that were able to penetrate any safeguards that were in place?

A start:

Austin bomb suspect Mark Anthony Conditt used ‘exotic’ batteries in explosives, sources say

If he was searching dumb # on his own network then he's pretty stupid.

He was an IT guy.

He knew better.

Which is why I think this guy is a patsy.

They labeled his bombs sophisticated only to blow himself up.

It's looking like Conditt was the reddit poster. In one post he says he had a lot of time to read when he was younger and his favorite book was "The Chamber" by Grisham. He was home schooled so that matches up. He then said right now he has been reading the Bible.

The poster said he may be mentally ill. Ya think....!

One of the packages was sent to a "very proflific" radio show hosts who lives in Austin.. This could be Alex Jones.

Conditt doesn't fit the profile.

Law enforcement officials identified the suspected Austin bomber — who blew himself up as police closed in on him — as 24-year-old Mark Anthony Conditt, who lived with two roommates in a city suburb.

Lived with two room mates.

Hard to say, computer technician != network administrator.

He may be very familiar with hardware but completely clueless when it comes to the software that operates that hardware and how it works.

It's pretty easy to learn how to build a bomb if you know where to look. He triggered bombs with tripwires and remote detonators. So yeah this seems to imply he knew what he was doing and it cntradicts the google search thing. Nobody in IT would use google for this type of research. It's sad that we can't be sure of anything anymore.

I wouldn't.

He knew what he was doing was deadly, and illegal as hell.

He's somewhat smart for the field he was in.

He knew how to avoid getting tracked, but didn't?

saw on the local news that i35 in austin would be shut down around this site for the entire day (likely).

on a good day, that is nearly impassible. The traffic in Austin on i35 is ridiculous all the time. I hope they intend to route through traffic to 130 and waive the tolls. Otherwise, there will need to be relief supplies carried in to people trying to get off the interstate, navigate around, and then get back on as they drive through austin today.

How would "they" know that so early?

It appears from a facebook post by his mom that they were heavy duty Christians. He was homeschooled, and she mentions after he “graduated” high school, that he might take some time off and do a mission trip. Just speculation at this point...

You can't be a "heavy-duty" Christian and bomb people. Just saying...

Religious bombings are VERY VERY commonplace in some places.

Yeah in the middle east.

As the topic goes.

Officials are unsure of his motive.

Christian = good - even when bad

Muslim = bad - even when good

Yeah, I live around the corner. Thankfully, I don’t need to get on I35 today.

Congrats for the dumbest pot yet. Radicals are bad on both sides and FYI one of his doxxed profile depicts his Religion as others and politicial affiliation as Democrat.

Did you read my post saying that this guy obviously wasn’t following Christian tenets?

What makes you think he knew how? Again, someone that repairs computer hardware is not equivalent to someone who understands the TCP/IP stack.

It would be the same as assuming an aircraft mechanic is qualified to design a new aircraft.
