Looks like the MSM/Democrat Complex has struck out yet again.

This time it's with the well timed story about that data mining company named Cambridge Analytica.

They have been pounding the presses with how Trump used Facebook data mined by Analytica for Campaign use.

Swish.

Apparently the Trump Campaign found Analytica to be sub-standard !!!

Cancelled them before the election.

Trump's people must have seen the red herrings and set-ups and turned it around against the implants and infiltraitors.

Chalk up another red herring down the tubes to deflect from McCabe 😎

Another red herring is the McCabe "Pension".

The MSM brought that one out right before McCabe got hit.

It means ZERO in the entire Case 😅

"McCabe 302" on the run. MSM out the !window! 😁

Trump campaign phased out use of Cambridge Analytica data before election

Cambridge Analytica, a data vendor for the Trump campaign, was phased out during the general election, CBS News reports. The firm is now at the center of reports that it exploited Facebook data and harvested millions of U.S. voter profiles without user authorization during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The Trump campaign never used the psychographic data at the heart of a whistleblower who once worked to help acquire the data's reporting -- principally because it was relatively new and of suspect quality and value. The profiling approach utilized by Cambridge Analytica allowed it to predict the voting likelihoods of individual people based on personality, the firm claimed.

Added:

In late September 2016, Cambridge and other data vendors were submitting bids to the Trump campaign. Then-candidate Trump's campaign used Cambridge Analytica during the primaries and in the summer because it was never certain the Republican National Committee would be a willing, cooperative partner. Cambridge Analytica instead was a hedge against the RNC, in case it wouldn't share its data.

She spilled it back then.

I think we had a thread here about that.

The warnings were obvious.

This is the part that cracks me up.

People put all their information and interests on gigantic public forums and then act surprised when that information gets used for commercial and political purposes.

Cancelled them before the election.

Your source:

The Trump contact with the firm ended on Election Day 2016

Oh, this:

Then-candidate Trump's campaign used Cambridge Analytica during the primaries and in the summer because it was never certain the Republican National Committee would be a willing, cooperative partner.

So yes, the Trump campaign indeed used the data.

Sure but did they pass the data on to the Russians first?

You can try to distract all you want but this is about way more than data mining, this story is imperative to the Mueller investigation so I'm aware there is a whole army of Red Caps trying to kill this story with whatttabout.

The source:

The crucial decision was made in late September or early October when Mr. Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and Brad Parscale, Mr. Trump's digital guru on the 2016 campaign, decided to utilize just the RNC data for the general election and used nothing from that point from Cambridge Analytica or any other data vendor.

Yes, I know. The OP seems to be implying that the data was never used and that contact with CA was discontinued prior to the general election.

That is incorrect. The data was (sought out and) used and contact ended on the day of the election.

No one said it but someone sure implied it.

If you need me to break it down further feel free to ask.

This is what im talkimg about. The freaking mueller investigation.....your fixations are ridiculous.

The story is private money being used to create big data without oversight

Its one thing for those bastards at the NSA to do it. But a private entity hidden from oversight?

This is global.

Ummm...why would anybody care about this...?

Can you point to one vote that was swayed...?

Can you tell me why we should be concerned that a company used information that people posted on a public platform freely and willingly...to analyze trends...?

Do any of you actually even use Facebook...for reals...?

This is a big yawn...who the eff cares moment...wake me when you actually find something newsworthy...

Unfortunately, south park covered this. You clicked OK on the user agreement, and you didn't read it.
