The stormy saga lol. The only people paying attention to that are the mentally deranged leftists who are so filled with rage they're hitching their hopes to a stripper with a story from over a decade ago, while mired in the #metoo scandal.

Uh, I know what the paragraph means regarding venue.

My point is that the words "at DD's election" sounded like it was drafted with confidence in the possibility that Trump could be elected. That was the poster's point to which I was responding.

I'm not a Trump supporter, but I don't think he is *especially* worse than the last president. I voted for Gary Johnson, in 2016, and only because the Libertarian ticket was polling better than the Green Party's the night before the election.

No, it just means "at his choice" - it is standard language from a form contract. "Election" means when he decides.

And only an "Always Trumper" would have no problem whatsoever with a president who needs women to sign NDAs everywhere he goes - what are we up to now, 10? 20?

If he wants to rag some porn star with his infant son at home, that's fine. If the Evangelicals vote for that type of trash, whatever, typical of them. That doesn't bother us.

What bothers us is how utterly compromised the man is, that he has to so obviously violate election laws with a porn star to keep stories from coming out, lie about it (we just expect that at this point), and that makes us wonder what all else he lies about, because it sure doesn't seem to have an end, "I have no business in Russia" versus son saying "We have little use for American banks, we see a lot of Russian money coming into golf and get most our financing from ...." and being the only modern president who neither divested himself, nor declared his taxes - it all gets So Obviously corrupt that yes, actually does send us into a rage because we're not positive just how much our democratic institutions can take.

You people don't see it because the measuring stick for most of you is "Does this person hate the people I hate as much as me: Dems, gays, immigrants, liberals, scientists, blacks, ...." and if the answer is "Yes" - then it doesn't matter if the person is compromised, doesn't matter if he shags porn stars with a new wife and baby at home, doesn't matter if he's partnered with Russia, the ONLY thing that would ever matter is if Trump decided he didn't mind Democrats, immigrants, scientists, etc etc etc.

So, you're half right. We're enraged. You're not, and we know why.

LOL you sure do know how to make a fool of yourself. Is there more you'd like to tell me about myself? Anymore hidden motives I may not be aware of? I mean, I never realized I hated dems, gays, immigrants, liberals, scientists, blacks... This is all new to me. Here I thought I liked those people just fine. Now you're telling me I don't. I guess I'll have to go reflect on my new found stance proscribed to me by someone so benevolent as you.

But to get to the point. You're worried that a campaign finance law was violated. Fair enough, but what law and how was it broken? From what I've gathered it boils down to an email address on some stationary. LOL what a scandal.

ETA: Maybe this is why the clintons just kill people. Then their story can never come out and either way, you're just breaking a law. So at that point, what difference does it make?

When the choices are a guy who had an affair and a group of people who want to kill babies, it's pretty easy to give the affair guy a pass.

And if it turns out that Trump paid some of his mistresses to "kill their babies?" Does that get a free pass? (And you know in your heart of hearts that news will be breaking soon, don't you?)

You must have a different take on Trump’s ego, than me.

For only $130,000, Trump arranged a deal that suggests he was having sex with porn stars, in his 60s, and will likely result in him collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe millions) from his detractors who are donating money to Stormy’s legal costs.

I think his ego has never been so well fed.

Trump's ego is a curious thing, seemingly decoupled from peoples opinions of him and driven solely by his own view of himself.

I would surmise (and I believe I heard it mentioned elsewhere in another publication though at the moment which one that is eludes me), that Trump is instead especially susceptible to minor perturbations of his own view of himself (which this Stormy Daniels debacle has highlighted) and that rather than be concerned with external views of the situation, he instead is having his ire raised because he himself believes that he alone is the grand architect of the situation and to have someone act contrary to his expectations/desires contradicts that assumed 'control'.

In simpler terms, Trump believes he's the worlds greatest lover, and that women want to sleep with him because he is the best. When a woman acts contrary to this assumption, it challenges his view of the scenario (why would a woman who experienced the greatest carnal pleasure of her life want to lash back at me?!). The fact that its publicized entirely for the public adds further weight to the difficulty Trump has had leveraging cognitive dissonance to ablate the event or adjust it to make it more palatable (e.g. she's only doing it for the money). His view of himself as a sexual tyrannosaurus is being challenged by what is/may be coming out, and its affecting him directly (not through the public's perception of the event).

How can you support abortion, yet still try to use abortion to smear someone? Do you not see how that works against women who have an abortion when you feed the negative stereotype?

If it happened before the presidency and does not tie into the election then it can not be held against him until his term is up.
Otherwise any smo could bring down our country pretty easy.

Good bad or indifferent it would all serve us well to accept the man as our leader and focus on his current actions and smartly refute them where warranted.

Quit chasing after the bouncing ball and focus on the deterioration of our rights.

I was simply asking how Trump supporters can support someone who does not really share their values. Fraud? Forgiven. Adultery? Forgiven. Abortion...?

Christian author Mark Taylor says God is going to reveal truths about the Vatican. Taylor says the word given to him says, “This is going to boggle the mind. Look at what God is exposing here. He (God) says there is an archeological find that is coming. I think this archeological find is going to be on multiple levels. Some have said it will be the Ark of the Covenant. It could be relics. I sense, and I am not prophesying this, I sense it could be scrolls. It could be manuscripts. You are going to find out . . . they wanted to keep man divided. This is not just going to affect Catholics. . . . This is going to affect everyone. God is performing a rescue mission right now. . . . The truth is going to come out, and it is going to set people free because they have been trying to control and manipulate the people through religion, power and money. God is going to pull the veil back and expose all of this because he’s trying to rescue his people.”

Does anyone believe Trump did not have an affair with Stormy?.
I think the damage is done tbh.

What damage?

Did anyone think Trump was above extramarital affairs?

We watched that much play out in 1989 when he cheated on Ivana with Marla Maples.

There is no damage. The only damage will be to anyone clinging to the notion that this story is damaging to Donald Trump.

I agree and I enjoyed your thread breaking down the NDO and why this will likely blow up in her face. It sucks Trump probably cheated on his wife before he was POTUS, but really it's not the 1st or last time this has happened, why not the same sort of contempt for JFK then ? I also didn't vote for Trump, but at this point I'm supporting him, warts and all. We are seeing unprecedented arrests and outing of the Pedo's that have operated with impunity. My concern is for the kids, not some washed up porn star that seeks to hurt the POTUS to make a buck, AFTER making a deal and taking the $$ to keep their "thing" discreet.
www.abovetopsecret.com...

My secret fantasy would be that this case will set a precedence, Stormy will be forced to give back the money and pay legal fees BUT she won't be forced to pay any of the 20 million. WHY, because maybe all the creeps that keep their dirty deeds secret by using NDO's will have less power to ruin people who are basically forced to sign them and remain silent. What's good for the Goose is good for the Gander. How many NDO's are used to cover-up things MUCH worse then cheating on your spouse !

You're just not paying attention. It was lawyer Cohen who put the 2nd mortgage on his home, and paid the $130K to P.P. in that N.D.A. It may well be his behind in the vice, not Trump's. Lawyers and Real Estate Pros, have E and O insurance. If this blows up in Trump's face, then he may have recourse to sue Cohen for damages. Trump is a big fish. So $20M for breaching a $130K N.D.A. may or may not be out of the question. The MSM is trying to link Trump's campaign to some illegal payments, but in fact, Cohen left a good paper trail, as to where he got that N.D.A. money from.

I doubt that P.P. or some Go Fund Me, acc't will ever raise $20M, so it's one heavy handed threat, for P.P. to keep her trap shut. The bottom line is that P.P. isn't any lawyer, so she probably doesn't know the fine points of how lawyer Cohen's tit's are in the wringer, here. She may, in fact, have a case against "her"?? lawyer. But that one seems to be connected to the Clintons. And it's the Clintons who have the deep pockets. Lotsa luck in proving they are part of some conspiracy with that lawyer pushing this D.D. outing.
