Why on earth does this woman think someone else needs to sign something to make what she signed valid? You sign it, it's valid... in case there's actually someone dumb enough to not know that. Even if she talks to tabloids or sells a book she wouldn't make 20mil. Washed up open star was lucky to get 130k, bit not smart enough to keep it.

So this pretty much proves Trump cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star. I've even seen people justifying this sleazeballs actions by saying it'll bring him even more support as if being a cheater is a good thing. And yes, there has been more than one member here who has said that, I'm not just making it up.

Melania should divorce him and take everything she can in the process, if she doesn't then she's a gold digger and it shows her true motives for being with Trump and it's definitely not because she's in love with him.

He's no better than Bill Clinton who's a scumbag himself. But I'm sure his affair will be used to somehow justify Trump's, as if two wrongs make a right.

I see another thread where people ignore the obvious. MElania Prolly told DOnald to go get a skank to relieve himself while she was pregnant. If he was trying to hide it from his wife his lawyer would had never been involved.

I dont liek trump but its a little hypocritical to force your morals on another person and judge them when you yourself have stuff that is just a sworse to someone else.

She apparently missed the clause on not having to have his signature on HER copy as well.

Then again I don't really believe in coincidences when it comes to the political theatre playing out in Washington and the media. Maybe this was the plan all along...

I don't believe this all just played out 'in real time.' Her lawyer knows the NDA is legally binding. She will have to 'settle' this case with Trump or it will play out in court and he will win. This isn't leading to a Pence presidency, IMO, though.

What other purposes might it serve to have this staged scandal going on? Obviously, it's a convenient distraction...but it may also serve as a profound warning to anyone (else) with NDAs.

There are certainly other purposes that I can't even imagine...and some that I can but probably wouldn't be well-received.

So Trump admits he had an affair with this woman and paid her the money to keep her quiet

That's what can be reasonably inferred from the legal action taken.

But then those wishing to reasonably infer, now, don't have a good record with accepting others' reasonable inferences. Makes it difficult to take them seriously, IMO.

I mean seriously, do you really think he would be that stupid?

Yes, I really genuinely believe him to be that stupid..moreso actually.
As many of his former cabinet members have claimed, the guy is a legit idiot
Former Cabinet Members

The guy had billions of his own dollars to pay for it.

Yep, but he didn't because he stopped that stuff long before.
keep in mind, this guy is basically as clever as a potato

Nevermind, I forgot that you think he's the big dumb Tangoman... Logic falls on deaf ears here.

I think you have this all backwards. It's Lawyer Cohen who filed the suit. It's lawyer Cohen who did the NDA, by putting a 2nd mortgage on his home. So it stands to reason that lawyer Cohen's dick may be going into the wringer. More down to Earth, reasoning would be that lawyer Cohen has muffed something, which he's been trying to cover up.

Until I hear different, I'm sticking with the idea that like Cong. Charlie Wilson's gambit in the Cesaer's Palace hot tub, with the beauty queen, Cohen may have left Trump exposed to some possible felony charge. At least this would explain his panicking and taking out a second mortgage to pay for a $130K NDA, with Ms. Daniels. Unfortunately, if this does go to that secret arbitration, then we won't ever get the inside story. The beauty queen did stand up for Cong. Charlie Wilson, and only told the DOJ that she saw him do some Coke, down in the Caribbean, outside of their jurisdiction.

And of course it was businessman D.J. Trump, and not Candidate, or Pres. Elect. Trump, who was involved with her back in 2013. Your client's hitting on an Adult Actress, isn't much of a reason to mortgage your home, IMO. But a client procuring an adult actress's "services", for one of his associates, could have opened up a can of worms, and D. Q' d him from running for President. And if lawyer Cohen dropped the ball, on those finances, then yes, this 2nd mortgage funded NDA, makes a lot of sense. O'ccam's Razor says it's merely Cohen, protecting Cohen, here.

But it's too late for a Federal Court to hang a public indictment on Pres. Trump. And this may be why lawyer Cohen is trying to have this NDA lawsuit transferred from the California State Courts, into the Federal Courts. If nothing else, this secret arbitration panel will drive Mueller and his crew, crazy. Now, if her stage name was "Bodacious Natasha Daniellski", then he might have had a chance to call out some kind of Russian Lace, honey trap, Collusion.

Blind eyes? I've just searched up all the latest news on this story and all I can find is left wing hype about the implications. Trump wants to move it to federal court. Yeah, it will all come out in the wash. I wouldn't pee my panties yet bud.

Since no-one has come close in any previous thread on this subject, I'll ask it here in the hopes that a super sleweth has the answer and logic to back up their answer.

Q:
What, exactly, is the issue with a ho that #s for a living having sex with a CEO millionaire private citizen? How, exactly, does this effect your personal life, or the rule of law, or job creation, or infrastructure or the economy?

????????????????

Also, hookers and ho's have been used as political bait and blackmail since forever, so, it stands to reason that the sexual act is irrelevant to the M.O of political opponents pushing these stories for public consumption.

Not sure if it is the business of citizens to get involved with U.S. Presidents marriages of possible cheating and infidelity.
Would not doubt some of the women are telling the truth about Trump.First Lady Melania and President Trump will deal with it afterwards. This stuff haunts anyone trying to run for President anyways.Becomes mighty personal when you run for politics.
The news media starts to turn it into a circus Hollywood sideshow making billions off of it.Instead of actual policies.

It's kind of funny how it's ok for Trump to essentially be a jon paying off a hooker for a romp, but goddammit, if everyday people do this, they're contributing to the degradation of the country's moral fiber! They're abusing women and contributing to human trafficking!! THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!

Lmfao, the Republican party has no solid ground to stand on by backing him on this one. Circling the poo-smeared toilet bowl is about all the solidity they have now.

It doesn't.

That said, I always felt like character is an important quality to consider when casting a vote for/against someone. I think I am pretty alone in that feeling, now, and I am not willing to hold Trump to a higher standard than other recent presidents were held.

I think that, after Obama, there are no standards to speak of with regard to the handling of extramarital affairs and how accusers are treated by voters and the media.

We should all be looking the other way on this. It's none of our business.

However, if Trump violates Stormy Daniels' Constitutional rights in retaliation for her claims...I will be appropriately outraged. I can't look past that.

MME you speak very eloquently on this subject, I hope people listen, but I fear it’s all too late.

I'm not denying who Trump is or What he is, but when applying these standards, does JFK stand up to scrutiny? and rather than a historic angle, I could use whataboutism and ask if Billy Clinton would? If you have had a pulse in the last 20 years, you have an idea of who and what Trump is. He has done his best to make sure of that. And unless I missed it, he has never pretended to be anything other than what he is right now. If anything, he "kept it real".

I'm not a married man who has sex with pornstars who I force to sign NDA's.

Jesus, you people are literally a cult.

How can you not see this?

What?? You mean it's not normal to go plowing porn stars behind your pregnant wife's back and pay $1,000's in the process?

Come on.
