You may be right. Permit me to at least hope you're not.
No one is ready for that. No one. Especially those who think they are.

So simple sometimes to get a rise out of people when they think its your beliefs. I honestly like how you picked apart that failed articles of impeachment as if it was something I believed in. I only posted because you said you had never seen one of these bills and I figured I could spare a few seconds of time googling it for you.
If people calling for Trumps impeachment is a shock to you and makes you suddenly and without question think less of people, how did you survive the Bush Obama or Clinton years?

If fighting broke out, it would be worse.
In the War of Northern Aggression, you knew who was on your side. If you lived in Mississippi, your neighbor was likely supporting the Confederacy like you were. If you lived in New York, your neighbor was likely supporting the Union like you were. If fighting breaks out this time, the division lines are nowhere near as clearly drawn. It would not be unusual to see fighting extending from a front line to a city, to suburbs, to neighborhoods. There would be little to no confidence that the guy walking down the road was not the 'enemy.'
That should scare any sane man.

It is human nature to push the limits of possibility. As of right now, the liberal rioting is confined to the cities, but the lack of opposition in those cities may, I fear, embolden them.
I live in the backwoods. My shop itself is literally inside the mountain treeline; I like it that way. I have lived here, with the exception of an 11-year excursion trying to climb a corporate ladder, all my life. I know these people. They are tough, hardy, and proud of who they are. They are the salt of the earth: generous, kind, compassionate, and caring folk who just go about their daily lives as best they can. I am proud to count myself as one of them. But they aren't pushovers like city folk. Most would have absolutely no issue turning an attacker into a greasy pile of dog food if necessary. And almost everyone is armed, and armed well. I know many will accuse me of being some sort of Internet Billy-Bob Bad-Ass, but it's the truth.
I remember posting this some time back in a survival thread, where someone had the idea they would just live by stealing garden produce if they ever had to bug out to the country. If someone comes to my door hungry, they will be fed. Someone offering to do a few chores for food will likely leave with a bag full of produce and a belly filled to bursting. But someone taking from my garden will become fertilizer for that garden. Period. That attitude is antithetical to the city attitudes.
Should the violence now confined to the cities start to spread, it won't be a pretty sight.

Good! You shouldn't care about Stormy Daniels
I'm glad you put that out there/here. We'll hold you to it.
I was just trying to figure, how red, your neck was....
