Obviously she's a good female/girl. She knows when to get, when she can get it. As for a "Wife" or "Woman"? Not so much.
I wouldn't be surprised if she comes "out" as a "man" in/within five years. Which will leave Jr. Wondering wtf happened? But he has no "legal" recourse,..the "State" already decided, the female runs the "emotions", which is now "law". Which is what runs the "state"... I feel for JR.

If she "comes out" as a man in five years can she still get the "State" imposed emotional law benifit?

I think the blame for this situation is totally on the haters who have made their lives miserable. These haters never let up on their malevolent abuse of the first family, to the point they emboldened a psycho to send white powder to frighten Mrs. Trump.

Only the very strong can stand up to that kind of treatment. Apparently Vanessa had enough and does not have the will or strength to go through it.

Congratulations haters. One more down. You broke up a family.

Yeah, there have been death threats and constant hate spit at the Obama's too... yet they seem happy.

I'm going to guess its a little harder to stay in a marriage to the son of Trump with all the actual words and actions Trump has been on record as saying. He isn't exactly liked by the majority of women.

He's a Trump. If he didn't go into this with a massive prenuptual agreement, I'd be shocked. In all likelihood, she'll walk away with custody and little more.

I don't know how you can possibly compare the abuse of the Trumps to the Obamas. The media is all over the first family 24/7. Did that happen with the Obamas? No! The media and social media are working overtime to drive public opinion against Trump. They twist and lie about everything in order to demonize the Trump family.

Not sure, Jr has a lot of debt, from what has been reported. I am sure she will make out nicely though.

She probably wants it over in case he goes to prison.....

Or more likely just tired of being scared about powder in the mail..

You're "praying" for me? Great! But, Just so you know. "They" didn't "listened", they read. I must have touched a nerve for you to respond. What fool, answers a fool? Go think yourself into knowledge.

Exactly. Trump men know how to treat women!

I thought the same thing.
She will be well taken care of but she will probably not get half.

Really, the Trumps bring it on by their actions. The news just reports what they do and say.

I would imagine. It seems to be the new "standard". Lowering the bar for educated people, always seems to draw flack. That's an historical fact, for educated folk.

So, you mean folks with history degrees?

No, they know how to protect their investments and their assets. It has nothing to do with how to "treat women." Equality would dictate that, at best, both parties leave a marriage with the same amounts they entered into the marriage with plus a 50/50 split of all assets and debts acquired during said marriage. Spousal support should never happen, period... once divorced, there's simply no logical reason to expect someone to take care of any independent individual they're no longer personally associated with unless the wealthier party voluntarily opts to be generous and merciful and kicks a little extra at the other separating party. Child support should and likely will be paid, but that should be a standard cost of living per child with any beyond basic food and housing going into a trust fund for the child when they turn 18.

Way too many gold diggers out there on the gravy train after divorces, living it up on the bank account of the individual they divorced. An adult should never have the right to expect another adult to pay their way in absence of "mutual benefits" or some manner of provable and direct damage done to them which makes their own earning ability muted.

Exactly. Got to watch out for the gold diggers. Treat yourself right, get a good prenuptual, and then you can get caught on a hot Mic saying "grab an by the *ussy", or have an affair with a porn star. Either way, it works out well for you, and that is what is really important, right?

Trump taught his son's well. We should all be proud!

See how I agreed with you?

gee, anyone consider that maybe they just grew apart and found themselves unhappy with each other?

and by the way, if the husband has insisted on a traditional, you stay home with the kiddies, take care of the house and cook my food and pick up after me and I will work and bring home the bacon and then come home and relax the rest of the night in front of the tv, well... ya, maybe the husband should end up paying some alimony since his expectations of her has hampered her earning potential.
even if he hasn't been that kind of prick though, and all things are equal, each parent should be paying half of the extra expenses incurred by the kids, plus either providing half of the care that the children need, either by making themselves available to watch the kids while their spouse is working and working with them as far as the hours they are willing to work so that they can ensure that the kids are with one or another of them the most amount of time possible. or, be willing to pay for the child care if one isn't able or willing to take on the job in a significant way.

as it is, there are many men who aren't even paying enough child support to pay the danged rent while leaving the mother (and taxpayer) holding the bag for most of the burden. we all can't be of the small 1% or even the small 10%.

Being married means she shares half the debt as well....funny that you'd think it was just him though.

And I don't think we will see him in prison.

Not if she can prove that she is an “Innocent Spouse”, which would be much easier to prove if a prenuptial agreement exists.

I understand that the divorce is “uncontested”, which means that both parties have agreed, in full, to the terms of the divorce.

On the one hand, that is an admirably civilized approach to an unfortunate circumstance.

On the other hand, it means that many of the details of the divorce agreement will likely remain undisclosed to the public.

Details such as the grounds for the divorce, and whether the soon-to-be former Mrs. Trump, Jr has agreed to keep quiet about things that might be damaging to Jr.

You sound like a very damaged and bitter ex-husband.

I am sure his daddy had her sign a pre-nup and she will only get the minimum child support.

It's a shame she didn't read the news when his daddy was divorcing and treating Jr's mother like dirt-and she was a very hard working wife and mother.

I'm afraid she will be outcast with her children like poor Tiffany but with 5 children to raise on her own.

I just wish her the best-Jr is a chip off the old block-Dad must be so proud.
