Man bought a meal for homeless man and they were kicked out from restaurant for trespassing. I find this so wrong, Mc`Donalds is not michelin rated restaurant. Is it so that soon homeless people can´t get a meal anywhere. Some people don´t have the brains like this manager and policewoman.. They should both get fired.

Myrtle Beach, South California

Heartbreaking!!

"Oh, you fed the homeless of your own free will? You need to leave, Sir."

When did it become a crime to be nice???

At least no one was arrested and the guy was able to take him someplace else for food.

Thanks,
blend

Found some more info. Apparently they told him he couldn't get food as soon as he walked in...

"I waved him down, and I said, 'Hey, are you hungry?' and he said, 'Yes,'” Gallo said in an interview with WMBF News. “So I went in there with him, and as soon as we went inside, the lady at the register says, 'You're not getting food.' She tells him he's not getting food."

Gallo says he couldn't believe what he was seeing, so he started recording the incident on his phone. McDonald's management didn't take too kindly to his yelling.

They should sue Mc`Donalds for discrimination

I agree. I think they'd have a good case. If the homeless guy was disturbing the peace then maybe McDonald's would have a case but he wasn't. His meal was a gift and he sat quietly eating. He did nothing wrong.

They didn't shoot him? Slow day in the Nanny State, I'm surprised. In a good way.

This has nothing to do with California, or Liberals.
This is a business enforcing their right to refuse service.
Maybe the restaurant had a prior experience with this particular homeless person. Who knows??

Is it their right to refuse service?...
It can be of a political debate, sorry...

Gay wedding cake ring any bells? That baker was forced to make the cake and then some if I'm not mistaken.

There is no right to discrimination is there?

But hey, I'm willing to bet there's more to this story, there's always more no matter who's narrative it supports.

Sounds about right.
Corporations talk big about social responsibility and individuals like to virtue signal. All the while those corporations would build the ovens and those workers would shovel the bodies in if it came to it...

Poor guy, I hope he got a better meal somewhere else.
Kind of wish I lived there just so I could make a point of not giving that restaurant one penny of my money ever again.

People don’t call the police for no reason. This old man may have had a history with this particular restaurant. He certainly doesn’t look of sound mind.

They kicked him out for trespassing. That is their right

For the record. I think a business should be allowed to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

He doesn't look of sound mind? He's just sat there quietly eating his fries. How on earth did you come to the conclusion that he's not sound of mind?

The real crime is feeding someone McDonalds.
How can anyone eat that landfill, let alone think they're doing someone a favour feeding it to them?
I guess the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Careful now.

McDonalds would call the cops no matter what state they were in.

Get that happy meal to go next time.
