I work long hours handling hot materials.
I avoid wearing gloves.
Seen a guy get some fingers mangled due to gloves getting tangled in a machine.
I no longer have dermal ridges.
Just smooth and shiny finger tips.
Tested it with an ink pad.
Looks like someone wearing rubber gloves.
Lock your doors.

It's good that the management here is enforcing such stringent rules as to threads. There's been a huge increase of really crap threads lately.

Yeah, we can see from your first open post that you have problems with your fingers.

what kind of work do you do?

good call on the no gloves thing.

i never wore gloves when cutting test samples on the saw. months into me doing that job my supervisor came over to do his usual poke around and we got into it about the gloves. he made me wear them so i did. not even a week later my fingers got pulled into the cutting area and i lost the ring finger and #ed my middle and pinky up pretty good.

now we can call you John Doe

I have fingerprints, but they occasionally change. Over the years they have gone from pretty little swirls to these ugly long horizontal lines from where the skin has cracked from allergy breakouts. Same goes for my palms.

Needless to say, I am really hoping that never increase security to the point where your need your finger prints to spend money or enter buildings and such. I think I would have a problem with that one.

A friend of mine has a rare condition, he was borne without the fingerprints (not ridges at all). Weird looking hands he only has the ridges were the fingers bend. He cannot lift heavy things because they slip from his hands.

Sorry about your digits. I've seen the exact same thing.
Guy got his hand split to near the wrist.
No more giving the birdie for that hand.
I'm working in a factory that produces injection-molded plastic goods.
Also metal fabrication.

I may have a job for you that I didn't hire you for and we have never spoken about.

Lock your doors. LOL. That's good.

I have no finger prints on my strong hand (right) (due to inebriation and a tannerite explosion)

This is a good thing for you (prevents at least one form of unauthorized surveillance). However, the marks still on your hand are likely just as unique.

My suggestion would be to ensure your "new" prints are never indexed, cataloged or otherwise taken by any entity or organization.

Must be nice to be a ghost!

Shhhhh the leftists will want to ban you soon... "Assault fingerprints" will be the next example of their faux outrage and media induced massing.

I worked at my local sheriffs department for several years as a jailer. Part of my job was to submit fingerprints to the Arkansas Crime Information Center for teachers. They were the hardest to get prints from and many of them had no prints. Professions that require you to handle paper and cardboard or wear gloves all day wear their prints down faster.
